Called to bail my husband out and got denied service because it was a failure to appear in court for a warrant for a traffic ticket. I read other good reviews about this company and how they helped and went out their way for people, unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. Unfourtaintly Ive had to use them a couple times but they truly care and treat you as if your not just an extension of there family but a member of there family.Theyve went beyond there means to show grace and will trully work with you and your family to get you out as soon as possible. Even when they were tired they showed nothing but the utmost professionalism and agian put your needs first to get you back to your family,friends,or love ones, and yes even to your respectable job(s). They are a family they are your family when one is in need of professionalism and commitment to bring you home to your family. I would go back to jail just to use them again 😁 but no i hope not.

The ladys:Candice, and the owner, Stephanie are ladys that have no integral work ethics... They also come across as indignant, patrinizing, harshly judgmental and is defaming to ones character.The my Cliffs notes version of the how I was treated:My first intial contact was with an amazing and shinning example of compationateGuest First service in dealing with a rehabilitated retarded-simpleminded genius individual such as myself... However, due to my current seizure disorder and my volital living situation I was unable to make to their office...The next time I called to get their office hours, I spoke with Stephanie, in a Curt toned voice she said,Well considering that Im locking the door in 3 minutes, youll have to come back @1030 am. And then in an annoyed sounding voice ask a couple of questions and then I thanked her and hung up. Finally, after days of stressed out no sleep my body gave out and I slept for two days, I woke up at 522pm on the second day and walked the couple of miles to their office again called cause no one answered, spoke with Stephanie a second time and she said that it wasnt worth it to her to come back to the office and could I come back after 1030am the next day, I was able to leave 1145 catching the bus got to the office @ noon, knocked twice and did as the note instructed, I called their phone number, Candice answered and said that they all just stepped across the street for lunch, and asked me what I needed, I replied and said said that she needed to talk to the owner and asked if she could place me on hold, I replied yes almost 5 minutes later she said that I wasnt accepted even though I was told that I would be, I asked her if she could talk with Stephanie to find out the arrangements that was with my dude and she snapped at me saying that is who she spoke with and Stephanie asked by her to pass on that I am not acceptable... Mean while I am sitting right next to the office door and can her at least three different female voices laughing and can hear one say, shes getting up and slowly leaving... Later on that afternoon my dude calls and says that I havent shown up 3 different occasions and that Ive never been to the office let alone call... Right out lie...It made my dude actually ask me why I havent gone to the office... Defaming my character, and then going back on their verbal agreement is the Cherry, no integral work ethics!.... Its encounters like this that makes it harder​ to be in public and makes it harder on me physically mentally and emotionally that, ​when I do finally go out in public I end up having seizures..So much thanks to Ms. Kelly!!!To the ladies that are, in my opinion just rude, maybe yall should take a class or find a seminar on how to be personable and relatable to those in your career field and also how to have a Guest First Service attitude...And remember what you posted on your office door not to mention I can be seen on your surveillance camera..._Shawna
