I actually ended up going to another Bail Bondsman. I was in a tough situation already and Annies just made it more difficult. Called Action Annies twice asking for information about posting bail, (this was my first time in this type of situation). They never told me the complete information I needed to know in order to make myself an actual appointment. The first time I called asking for information, the woman on the phone chuckled and said, youre calling at 5 in the morning to ask this? When I called the second time, she condescendingly asked me, well, are you going to bail someone out? As if I was wasting their time. How am I supposed to make an appointment to bail them out if I DO NOT know what I am going to need to complete the bail?! Those two phone calls might as well count as Not Responsive because they told me at the last minute that I was too young to post bail. Why did they not tell me this information when I called TWICE literally asking for that exact type of information! I literally asked her both times, what are the requirements to bail someone out? And she barely tells me this when i tell her I am outside their building. They basically wasted my time and acted like I was wasting theirs. Thanks to their failure to properly answer a simple question, I wasted two days on these people. I would also like to add, that the third time i called them outside of their building, the woman on the phone being the condescending person she is said, were not at the office, we dont just sit around at the office all day, when I told her I took my time to drive to their business. Gotta love her little condescending attitude against people in a tough situation. Im glad I did not post bail with these people. I more than likely wont be in this situation anymore but if i ever am, I wont be using Annies now or ever again thanks to that womans snarky comments.
