German Automotive is the absolute BEST shop I have ever taken my 3 Mercedes to for factory work. I used to go to the Mercedes dealer but never again. German Automotive prices are much less and they are so nice to work with. Nerses saved me $70 on a new key fob, the dealer wanted so much more and this is just one example. Mary is the very best and love talking with both of them. She always has time for me, wish they worked on Fords too.

Do not waste your time trying to patronize this business. Absolutely horrible experience. Awful people to work with....very unreasonable and obnoxious. Go anywhere else to service your Mercedes before this place. He claimed he is retiring soon....thank goodness and good luck and goodbye. If you use this shop just remember....you were warned.

One of the weirdest phone calls Ive ever had with a company. I called up and asked how much it would cost to get a couple fixes. The lady said, We dont give out quotes. She then asked what kind of car I have and I said a BMW. She said, We dont work on BMW. Good luck. Bye bye... Click. Super bizarre.

Called to ask how much a diagnostic test for an SRS light. Lady on the phone said, I dont know, sorry. Really? Dont even know how much you charge for a diagnosis? Im not interested in writing a blank check, so its a no-go for me.

I love the owners they take such good care of my car and are very easy to work with.
