I had them run a diagnostic test it cost me 100$ they told me i needed a timing chain. My car doesnt even have a timing chain! So i paid 100$ for them to tell me the wrong thing.

They are all great at Palominos on wells. They always get me right in for my tires, but also for other thing that I may need them to check on my truck. I have sent multiple of my co-workers there as well. It is also very convenient for us because its around the corner from our job.

First off, my SUV has tires that are not stock and it’s difficult to find someone who will balance off-road tires correctly. I’ve always passed by this shop and noticed it full of vehicles which is typically a good thing. Sure enough guys checked out tires gave me a few pointers on front driver side tire that had uneven wear, he didn’t try to sell me a new tire only gave tips to start with balance and rotate tires and if issue continues an alignment or another underlying issue would be the cause and I Agree, I’m car and mechanically savvy and There are only a few things that I just Leave to the pros in this instance Palominos did not fail. Checked tire pressure and even torqued lugs to spec at the end. Thanks for the Quality Service and price!

Very professional. I pulled in and received immediate service. A tech was directed to find out what was going on. I pointed out my issue with my driver side rear duels. Pulled them off. First: loose lug nuts. Second: both tires were flat (outer more than inner). Only offered new tires, but I needed them. Great job. Even filled my rear airbags at my request. 👍

I always feel intimated going to auto places. But the guys here treat you great. They really take the time if needed to explain and go over possible issues if any. I have 24s my 1996 GMC Yukon I called four other places. I wasted my time just needed to call these guys. All 4 brand new tires balance and alignment $760. I have been MOST definitely recommending this place. You guys are awesome keep up the hard work.😁👍

Quick service and very reasonable prices. I walked in on a Saturday morning and had my tires serviced within 10 minutes. Well worth it!

I brought in my car for an electrical problem and palominos checked it out for FREE and advised me on what parts to buy online (for them to install) to save me money. All in all the job got done, they saved me hundreds of dollars (over what the car dealership was quoting just to LOOK at my car) and they are quick. I definitely recommend.1 year later edit: Their work is still holding up great with no further issues. Thank you Palominos!

Excellent, the shop moved to 96 South Wells Ave from 805 S Wells Ave but other than those minor set backs I was left satisfied and the installation and labor costs were fair, honestly Id recommend this place to those interested in getting exceptional service. Would put a half star if i could was told that they would replace my harness and i called and checked on it and they kept saying it would be a few days then i went there a week later in person and nothing was done and the guy that told me to ask for him straight lied to my face saying the guy thats working on my cars on lunch when he told me over the phone to ask for him but he kept telling me the guy aint there dont go here otherwise from tires you wont have a car

(2007) For 12 years these guys have been my go to wheel/tire and auto electric service shop. They are a family run business, always there and willing to help. They provide quality, honest, dependable, no-hassle sales, the lowest local price, and personal customer service. They may not have state of the art equipment, but youd never know based on the quality of the workmanship. If you didnt get your wheels/tires or electrical work done there, you probably over paid. Im proudly a customer for life.

I went here for a wiring problem that another shop couldnt deal. Palomino found the problem in 2 hours and took another hour for repairs. I was very pleased.

So i went there 2 hours ago, because my brand new tires that i bought 2 weeks ago are having a problem. the warning tire pressure is popping up on my dashboard every week. so i went to palominos and after 30 mins they told me that the valve are loose so they just fixed it, and when im ask them how much, they told that its free. i was really surprised what he told me about it. if you a want reliable and fast service tire shop. just go to palominos!
