This place is great. The people that I have met here are like a second family. Dan the manager has a personality that just makes you smile even when your at a low point. I have lived elsewhere and it’s not the same. The walls at lease in my unit are almost sound proof. And the landscape that has been done is spot on. If your looking for a nice place in the downtown area, here in Reno that is, then definitely give them a call

Newly renovated, quiet, covered parking.Not for pets.I lived here for 1 year. It is a converted hotel, VERY well done. Utilities included. Futon and a 40 TV included. I very much enjoyed my time here. Joey gave me a chance when I wasnt sure if I would be able to rent. (I moved here post divorce with bad credit and an eviction ( but did have an excellent cosigner)). Dan, the onsite manager is super friendly and handles repairs and any other issues that may arise in a timely manner. Move out was easy and reasonable. I only moved because my 15 year old son came to live with me and I needed more space than a studio apartment provides. (and Dan help me with that too.)

Ive been living at Virginia Flats for about 6 months now and I couldnt be happier. My apartment is newly renovated and clean, covered parking, quiet and a good community. Dan, the landlord, is super friendly and always available for any issue you may have.Even during Coronovirus Dan and Rylexa have been very accommodating and understanding with all of our different financial situations.
