Weve been taking our kids here for years. Mac, Robin and Phillip are wonderful. Our dogs always seem comfortable when they get there, not pulling back to try to go back to the car. They dont smell like a kennel when we pick them up so I know the kennel is well kept. I recommend them to anyone who needs to board their dogs.

My five Shepherds had a great stay.....they had their yard run times together that tuckered them out, their comfy rooms with them all together helped them relax. Great food and Robyn, Mac and Phillip treated our Babys like their own!!!!! Thank You

We left our 5 month old puppies there this past weekend! First boarding experience and I cant say enough nice things about the facility and the staff. The facility is really clean and organized and the staff made us feel comfortable about leaving the puppies and they let them stay together which was extremely important. Looking forward to our next trip now that I have a safe place for our fur babies!!! 5 star for sure!!!

Love this place! The people at Sugarland Ranch are the best in Reno. They let me tour the facility before I boarded my dogs and gave me the details of all of their services. Baked chicken and rice is free, they are taken out for multiple play sessions everyday, and they try to keep a 8:1 dog to staff ratio-- so you know your pets are getting the attention they deserve. Best of all, for three dogs its only $60 a day. No one in Reno can beat that.

I am so incredibly happy with this place. It is very close to my home, friendly and experienced staff, they also live on site which makes me comfortable. I took a short tour of the facility so I was able to view where my fur kids would be staying and playing. I like that the owner Mack was very thorough and trusting in his routine for my dogs. I have two German Shepherds, I was able to call at any time to check up on my dogs, being that it was their first time I was extremely concerned. I love that I was not required to take food, toys or treats (even though i did), they actually use the same no grain food that we do from costco (salmon). Mack was such a great host and loved our pets so much as if they belonged to him. Mack and his wife are very proud and dedicated to their job and I will continue to be a customer. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur children, they came back in great health and spirits!

I was very nervous leaving my babies for the first time. Mack and Robyn were wonderful and went above and beyond taking excellent care of them. Everything went fantastic and I would highly recommend . Only place Id trust with my fur babies!

Very easy to work with. The two owners are very nice and really care about dogs. There are several large outdoor areas for exercise as well as indoor area for sleeping. It is about 30 min North of downtown. Check out time is 11 am before additional late fees will apply. Had a great stay and our two dogs seemed to have good time.

We love boarding our chesapeake bay retrievers here. This is our girls home away from home! Mac and Robyn are wonderful people!!! The baked chicken is such a great idea for helping our dogs feel loved. Thank you for caring for our girls!!!

Words can not describe the amount of relief I have in finding Sugarland Ranch and the people who not only work but live here and take care of our babies. Robin called and gave me updates as she knows I am one to worry. They know and understand my 4 legged child and her brothers behavior. Sugarland Ranch made it easy to trust leaving them in their care. Being new to Nevada and not having a trusted baby sitter for the fur babies was certainly stressful after having a live in nanny that watched the house and them in Florida. Sugarland Ranch gave us that peace again. I can not say thank you enough.
