The worst, the app doesnt let you check in so they charge you 10 more dollars for your boarding pass. We paid for services that we never got like personal assistance.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The worst customer service both in person and over the phone. My grandmother flies with them only because it’s the closest flight to AGU with no stops. I was on hold for 40 minutes called back I was number 1 in que waited 20 minutes then called back got hung up on. I called back again for the same problem regarding baggage and was number 2 in que waited 30 minutes and the list goes on from previous encounters. Just horrible!

Parents were returning from Mex and paid for tickets. Arrived to airport the day of flight and were told flight was canceled. They did nothing to help and getting ahold of customer service is impossible. You are on hold for 30 minutes and then are disconnected. They had to eventually go through their credit card company to get their money back.

I am disappointed with the type of company Volaris is presenting itself to be. I rely on Volaris as the airline provides a direct flight from Reno to Guadalajara so I can see my husband. And I see that Volaris knows that they have a monopoly on direct flights in the way they are operating as a company.I have flown with Volaris three times in the last two months. I have spent over $2,392.08 in total with them during this time.Unlike Southwest, and many other airlines that offer you one free checked bag, Volaris chooses to charge. And of course, they charge to choose your seats. So on top of the airfare prices, that I personally find exploitative and too high for a four hour flight, you are then charged additional fees for one checked bag and a seat assignment, even if the seat is the last middle seat in the back by the bathroom, you charge for this. So, in the end, a round trip flight only four hours long costs $800. Why?Moreover, the website and app are setup in a way to make it easy to forget to add your checked in bag when you check into your flight. And once you are checked in, that’s it, everything grays outs. So they only way to add your checked bag at that point is to pay double at the counter, which is exactly what happened to me today. I was being dropped off by my husband at the airport, and already in an emotional state from having to say good bye to him and part ways, I then had to check-in and get told by the rep that I did not select a checked in bag. But of course, because when you select your checked in bag on your flight there, Volaris doesn’t include it on your flight back, so you have to remember to add it again when you check-in again for your flight home. I made a human error, and Volaris cashed in. Instead of $30, he charged me $70 for one checked bag! In my mind I could picture the Volaris Vultures sitting back laughing at their expertly designed user interfaced designed to take advantage of and exploit human error.It is disappointing that you choose to run your company thinking of profits instead of your customer. If good business leaders and practice have taught you nothing, you should know that quality customer service and integrity will outlive any vulture strategy to just take money from customers. And now I have an even worse taste in my mouth with your company. Needless to say, I’m now willing to deal with a longer flight to be on an airline that has a brand they care about when it comes to customer service and doing the right thing.I seriously hope you reconsider your customer service strategies, as you are about to lose this one.

Price per carry on is $30.00 and you must carry with you the weight per checking bag is 55 pounds allowed. the wait time coming in from Guadalajara can be long at customs. and arrivals out through door D by baggage #5.. Hope this information is helpful to you regularly flight are Monday and Fridays.

I wish in Reno we had more options to fly internationally. To go to Guadalajara on a direct flight, only Volaris does it. And I believe since they know that, they just provide the worse customer service. It breaks my heart because the majority of the attendants are Hispanic. We are already living at tough times because of all the racism going on, we don’t need our own people to act the same.

I dont understand why most users write in English when the Volaris company is perfectly Mexican and they express themselves better in Spanish. When our Spanish is rich in culture, phonetics, idioms and writing. Or is it that we want to demonstrate something else?
