Nobody answers the phone I missed three flights waiting how ridiculous what is wrong with you people

Is anybody picking up phone at customer service?

They are cheaper, but everything is a secret fee and they are always delayed. I truly cringe thinking about buying a ticket from them since I could pay a few bucks more and fly Southwest and have ZERO problems. if you can fly a different airline, I would go with the other airline.But they are cheap, sometimes. And it likes to make you fill out all the pages of info to purchase a ticket, and when you get to the end, says the price has changed. Then you have to start over from the beginning and spend 30 mins filling everything out again.

I have never had any problems with Allegiant. I enjoy flying with them.

Would like a lot more information... Hard to find....
