I contacted Peter over the summer for some tax consulting. He was able to provide me with the tax planning that I needed in order to make some complex financial decisions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and provided clear guidance. He requested that we communicate via email, so that he could make sure that he had all the facts and correspondence to assist me with my tax issues. Once he understood the issues, he was able to put together a plan, and review it with me over the phone due to Covid restrictions.

Refused to speak via telephone. Mr. Diaz asked me to describe my business and accounting. I provided a short overview and he responded by saying:“ Thank you.not enough detail about the entity. I can’t help with lack of any detail and poor communication. I was hoping for a few paragraphs. We can’t help you.”In light of his own poor communication, punctuation errors and rude tone I cannot recommend you pursue his services.

I recently moved from Redwood City to San Diego but decided to stay with Peter for all my tax preparations. I emailed and faxed him all my documents and he prepared everything virtually.
