Robert has made several changes to his business that have improved his processes. Despite a tough year last year, Robert came through for us this year.Robert is a knowledgeable tax person though for tax year 2016 He miscalculated our IRS tax bill and we paid a sizeable check to the federal govt. Two months later the IRS let us know we overpaid our taxes by $1,200.00. When we asked Robert why we overpaid he never got back to us. The hardest part about working with Robert is that he lacks the communication skills required to be effective enrolled agent. Many of our calls and emails go unanswered. A few weeks ago we asked him for copies of the past 3 years of state and fed returns. He never returned our calls or emails.

Robert is a great help and our company wouldnt be able to function without him. Robert is organized, smart and easy to work with.
