The popcorn machine that I rented from their facility was difunctional. Nowt only the door was broken, it making smoke and the little amount of popcorn popped were smoky. Sunny, the manager, never got back to me to explain why they gave me a dysfunctional unit. I will never rent from this facility for my future needs. This was my first and last time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I have used this company several times over the years. The ladies who answer the phone could care less about your business and/or if you go elsewhere. Only used them in a pinch. HATE this place. Chairs I ordered for a company lunch and learn had seating pads on them that fell off! Real sturdy and safe - NOT! Ruth Bravo - shame on you!

Good place to rent, opens early and courteous service.

We, rotary club of San Mateo sunrise, rent griddles here for our annual fundraiser; folks are helpful, and accommodating.

The service was pretty good for rental places, I was able to get my rental truck pretty quickly.
