I SPECIFICALLY ordered something with the owner of the store, I told her IN DETAIL what I wanted and she agreed to everything. When I came to pick up my order 2 weeks before my event it was NOT what I ordered. I was very disappointed because I drove three hours for nothing. It was a complete waste of my time and I do not recommend unless your prepared for disappointment. After I modeled for her in an event FOR Free, I was expecting more. I thought she was woman of business but I was wrong.

The service was amazing and also the decorations were really nice. Also the food was delicious and they had lots of it.I would recommend this if you want the party of your DREAMS!

Irma, the owner, has a nice attitude and is nice. BUT the responsibility Is TERRIBLE and no commitment to work. We went for a fitting and when the tuxedos, for my chambelanes, came the sizes where all over the place. I also ordered a limousine, because my dress is so big and I wanted an entrance. The limousine never came. My mom called multiple times and irma answered once, once she realized my mom was mad she ignored her calls. We then called from other phones and she answered immediately, so why didnt she answer my mom? She then called after an hour of being late and said that the motor broke down while the limousine was coming?!?! The lady who did my makeup said she had had many clients who also had terrible experiences with this place.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! She bribes you to spend a lot of money for top notch services, but at the end, nothing she promises comes out like she has said. For example, for my Quinceañera, my centerpieces were horrendous! We spent so much money on the centerpieces and they came so simple, a DIY centerpiece would have looked more elegant. When it came to the party day, the original menu we wanted was screwed. She did not provide WE had specifically told her we wanted and the PLATES WERE STYROFOAM! (So embarrassing!) If you are thinking of planning a party with her, I recommend to not do it.

Go somewhere else guys, this place is so unprofessional and blames the customers for things they are responsible for .
