Worst customer service everI’ve been going here since I moved to RWC in 2013 and after each visit I think they can’t get any worse, but they constantly surprise me with inability to help with anything and general attitude like all customers owe them something and are not there to pay for a serviceRude, unwilling to help and unknowledgeable - those words describe all of the personnel. Some are also unable to understand basic EnglishUse any other mail carrier/ provider, if you have any choice at all
Normal USPS office layout, but with plastic sheets to cover the friendly staff. There arent too many parking spots. The street in front is very busy so accessing the parking lot might take some patience.
Great passport service. They are thorough and kind.
Just went here today to mail a package. The staff was helpful and moved as quickly as possible. They were following appropriate COVID precautions and were well-stocked with packing materialsTheyre human beings and largely understaffed. People are far too critical of the post office. The workers I dealt with today were kind, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, guys!
They sent back an envelope with a correct address to Europe because they could not read the address in cursive writing! They did not even try to look at my name and address in RWC. I have here over 10 years.
Mail Hold was stolen. Renewed credit card was in there and somehow activated. $2,000 worth of transactions. Postmaster never reached out to me after I went looking for him/her. They have a criminal working behind the scenes there. Never put your mail on a mail hold! You can’t trust these people.

Wow! The reviews were correct. I needed my passport replaced and chose to go to this location based on the comments. I was supposed to have an appointment but Steve helped me anyway. I was willing to come back but he managed to squeeze me in. He was most helpful and really knows his stuff. What a pleasure to deal with someone so competent!
Visited at 5pm on a Friday. Very short line. 2 friendly employees working: Steve and Jean. I interacted more with Jean and found her to be helpful, efficient, and, kind.I was having a bad day prior to visiting and Jean’s smile brightened my day. She and Steve also exchanged some playful banter with each other that helped make the place feel more inviting.I’ll come back here again!
I applied for passport here. It was very smooth and quick. The employee who helped me with my application was polite and efficient.The worst thing about this USPS office is the crazy clientele that walks in every day. While waiting, I even witnessed a woman slapping the counter and being aggressive to the employees.
Lyda, youre amazingly rude. I sincerely hope that I never have the opportunity to have you help me again in the future. Id rather wait in line and hour than have to deal with you.
Horrible customer service!!!! I rather drive further to a different location then to go to this one. The girls working there are horrible, they don’t know how to help someone! They have such a bad attitude when you ask them a question!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
Bad service, I got a notification sticker to have me pick up the package, and when I got onsite, she told me there is no package
I have come here 5 days a week for the past 3 years and I can honestly say that it is always a pleasure to see the staff.. My favorites are Sue & Calvin because they work so hard to ensure that each and every one of us has the best service possible. I dont always have a need to go in to see them but when I do the service is always above and beyond.. Even when there is an unhappy customer... They are always so professional and courteous. ..It was about time I wrote a review ..Thank you for the great service
Excellent service for passport application. The person who helped us knew what he was doing and was very efficient and very cheerful. We were in and out for kids passport application (2 kids) in 15-20 mins.

I placed a temporary change of address effective May 9, 2018 and today is have not received any of my mail. AND, they charge $1 to do it. Today is May I am calling to find out whats going on and I have been on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute with no help. I am furious.
Im reading these reviews and notice that quite a few people lost packages delivered through this post office. I lost a package too and was told it was delivered and put in my mail. It wasnt. I was told that the delivery guy verified it (which consists of him signing something stating it was delivered but doesnt involve customer interaction). Each time I called they just kept telling me to submit a request to have it looked into. They said they would speak to the guy that delivered the mail about it and get back to me, they never did,.. I followed up 3 times and each time they recommended I submit a request as if I hadnt already -- this is suspicious activity -- someone needs to come in and make sure no one is messing with the mail -- I dont trust them at all
Its sad that they post Sunday 10am-1pm for mail package 📦 pick up. Ive been here for the last 30 minutes knocking and waiting. And no one absolutely no one has come to answer the door at least to say we will be with you shortly. But you hear the workers laughing and chitchat. Why do they say at a certain time if you arent going to be available.Sincerely A.
Got a change of address and even though the confirmation letter was sent to the correct address all of my mail has been getting forwarded to the wrong address! I have a Usps account so when I log in it shows the right address but 4 times a gentleman has came over to deliver my mail that has his address as the forwarding address!!! This is unacceptable
Oddly enough i had a good experience at a government facility. I needed to get my passport renewed but in order to do so i needed to make an appointment. However i called 3 times and no one answered. In fact i got this number is no longer in service message. So i went down, stood in line and made my appointment. Luckily there was an availability that day so i came back later and got my passport renewed. Easy peasy! I never expected it to go so well but the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Worst customer service on the planet. Lost my package. kept repeating It was Delivered as if that would magically solve the problem. Managers are all rude, uneducated, desk monkeys. Wouldnt even so much as pretend to look for the package they misplaced. We already pay their salaries, theyre not getting any more money that that. FedEx or UPS from now on. Stay away.
Twice in the last couple of months, I have not been home when they attempted to deliver packages to me. Both times, I went on their website and re scheduled delivery for the next day, getting confirmation numbers both times. In neither instance did they deliver the second day. Both times the carrier told me that he had not been informed to re deliver. Before these two instances, I was shipped a 1 lb package from Manhattan Island on a Friday, and it arrived at this post office Monday morning. Yet by Friday afternoon, it had still not been delivered. Some people do not deserve to keep their jobs. Long live United Parcel Service and may the usps rot.
Was left a package delivery failed notice. Walked 2.5 miles the next day to pick it up at the nearest post office. Was told it was not there, and that perhaps the carrier had tried to redeliver it to be nice. When I got home, the carrier was there and I explained the problem. I was told that it should have been in the post office but that if I wanted he could redeliver it 3 days later. I am so frustrated and annoyed and will raise hell until I safely get my package. This post office is beyond mediocre.
Good service and impressively consistent. Deal with challenging customers pretty well, too.
Many counters, certain times are busy, but the good part this office opens early and closes late, and opens for half day on Saturday. You can get most of the supplies for shipping and even getting cards

All absolute morons working here. Customer: Did you know all certified mail goes in the safe? Post Office Worker response: We dont know what were doing. They never tell us. Long story, but in summary- Expect every package to get lost, to be told something different by postal workers about post office policy and the status of your tracked packages every time you call or visit. It should be a crime to be in a position of power and this stupid. Supervisor is NEVER there. The term, Inmates running the asylum has never been more true.

I am ashamed to admit I work for the Post Office.I sent a package to Redwood...someone at post office removed the contents but were nice enough to retape and send back the empty box to me.Good old fashion thievery.SHAME ON REDWOOD POST OFFICE.Guess its been going on for awhile.Other reviews say the same damn thing.
I bought the same product twice, from two different merchants online. The first was lost by USPS. The second, sat in the USPS house for a whole week before someone cared to pick it up and deliver it.
Have tried to make passport appointment for the past 5 days. No answer at listed number, no one is there and no call backs for voice mails. Poor customer service at their passport office.

If I could give 0 stars I would do this. I tried to call them for 2 hours to make an appointment to apply for a passport and they never picked up the phone so I ended up by going to their office to make an appointment.

Terrible post office - I run a business one block from this post office. My company spends $1000s of dollars on postage each month. They miss my pick-up and delivery often. Saturday delivery is a miracle and week days are spotty. As a business customer I contact them often regarding issues, but it never changes.
They are trying to be efficient and are always helpful.
Tracking staus said delivered but it never happened....
Mailman never tries at attempting to knock on the door to deliver packages, just leaves the slip in the mailbox.
It takes more than an hour to get helped on the phone line, o hate the wait.

The worst experience Ive ever had they did not even say hi to their customers and the really really rude I had a few experiences that my packages have been returned because they dont take the time to help.
