I have been pawning my jewelry at this place for about 10 years now. They’ve made a lot of money off of me. I had pawned my $10,000 bracelet for $300 to pay a bill an before I could get it back covid happened and I was out of work since I’m a mom and had to homeschool my son. I called them about my bracelet once business started opening back up and they said sorry your bracelet is gone. They said they’ve been open but why wouldn’t they call me to let me know? Shady place. Be careful! Also the woman that works there is rude as hell!

This pawn shop is the reason why pawn shops get a bad reputation. They lied to me about my items I brought it to get me to sell them at an insanely low price. Definitely glad I didnt bring any of my jewelry in, Id be out thousands instead of hundreds! When I called to ask about it the store manager dodged my calls with for weeks and hung up on me the second I said my name in one call.All around terrible experience, I would sell your items on Ebay and easily make 10 times as much money since thats what they do anyway.

Had a great visit with Buy, Sell, Loan. They were friendly, upfront and honest. They answered all my questions and a first time visitor and even told me I should save certain pieces for myself as it wouldnt be worth selling. They then cleaned that ring for me while having my other jewelry items looked at. Great first pawn shop experience and I would go back!

My first and what will be my last encounter with Buy Sell Loan pawn shop was a very cold and disingenuous experience. Im coming to pawn something because Im in between a rock and a hard place, a very vulnerable place to be in. I walked in with an expectation, not about the worth of my belongings but that those who work with people in similar situations would be warm, kind and empathetic. The woman that looked at my effects was young I would put her at 26, when I showed her what I had she half heartedly looked through them. Nodding her head in disagreement and handling my stuff like it was dirt. A lot of the stuff I brought has never been worn and was perfectly clean so why was it necessary to act this way? Listen, I get it if what I had wasnt worth a lot, But did she have to treat me like I wasnt either? Over all it was a very cold and callous experience.To Those who have the money to shop here, this is your place, its very beautiful and high end shop. It has a wonderful variety of jewelry, antiques, Etc.. --- Im sure you will be greeted warmly ---To those who are in that vulnerable place of needing to pawn/sell Id avoid dealing with this business in till they improved and reconciled this behavior. I left feeling worse, No one deserves to be treated this way and it bogles me the liberties someone has taken in being so cold.

I walked into the pawnshop to try to get a computer that this womens son pawned and has been taking her credit cards to buy things and explained to them that her son is taking them and pawning them for the money. She is 70, and now almost broke she needs to get the computer and send it back. They said sorry we cant do that.It wouldnt been so bad except she is handicapped and cant do it herself. I told them they can call her. Still refused. I told them he was strung out, again No. I had to come home and tell her. She cried. I told her I was sorry. I couldve had her sign it. No again it doesnt matter if a person is taking everything. You would think someone would care.
