After going to high end salons and spending a fortune for haircuts my whole life, I finally got tired of overpaying for the decor and gave Supercuts at Sequoua Station, Redwood City a try.Jen took me in right away and gave me one of the BEST haircuts Ive ever had! I just went back to her again and LOVE the cut she gave me!!Holy smokes...wouldve never known had I not been walking by and desperate for a cut that 1rst time. Im SO glad I gave Jen a try! Shes excellent for both men and women! Ive gotten SO many compliments on my haircut! And for that price, I can afford to keep it maintained much easier!👍👌💖💗💕

Poor customer service - they dont honor appointment times. it is first come first serve regardless of your app time. Worse, they advise you to wait in a crowded place for longer than a reasonable amount of time despite covid risks.

One time a woman cut my hair and she stopped halfway and didnt do anything else. She said come back in 2 months and finished. Never coming there again.

Worst hair cut I have ever gotten!! I am not going back ever again!! After going for 1 year a Latina woman fairly older woman cut my hair (didn’t catch her name) and did the worst job ever!! The other ladies are amazing but she just ruined it for me, she doesn’t know how to cut hair what so ever. On to a new place.

Its a hit or miss with this location for me. Ive gone for a monthly hair cut (low fade and a trim) for almost 6 months now and I have been open to any stylist. I can say for sure that there are at least 3 stylists Id never use again (one took an actual shave to the back of my neck which resulted in painful in-grown hairs and new scars) and another got into an actual argument with me about how I should style/change the way I maintain my own hair.The location is clean, atmosphere is generally friendly, and for the price, its a decent cut. The solution is simple--I know need to take down the names of the stylists I trust rather than offering up my hair as a beta test to anyone willing.

Don’t come here if you want an undercut hairstyle. Both ladies had no idea what that was and the one cutting my hair went by directions. If you want a specific hairstyle by name, make sure the person knows it by name. Never coming here again. Don’t make this mistake.

Do not get a haircut here. They do not know how to cut hair or even do a straight line. I’m 17 and I’ve never had a worst haircut than the one I just got and I had to pay $19.95 for it. I highly recommend you look for another place. This place is trash.

Simple: 0 on the side, 4 on top, keep the front long.Reality: 0 on the side, 4 on top, buzz cut all round.If you want a good haircut then dont come here, if you do, ask for someone other than Ms. Kurtz.

They have a hard time understanding and communicating with customers.Requested a 3 on the side and two fingers length on top. Absolutely did not want a buzz cut.Result was 3 on the side, with less than a finger on top, which is a really, really long way to get a buzz cut.

Worst haircut of my life! I asked for a simple bold fade and I end up with my hair line being pushed back. Im never going back and I urge anyone thinking of getting a haircut at Supercuts to look for another place.

My first time going to the Supercuts at the Sequoia Station in Redwood City was an amazing experience. I felt very comfortable and relaxed when I was there, and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone in Redwood City!
