Stole my money. Can’t believe his business is still up on Google

I wouldn’t recommend Cooks, Craig is a procrastinator and if he asks for money ahead of the job don’t do it. I made a huge mistake trusting that guy and he promised $2250 worth of work and didn’t do anything to my car for 3 months. When I asked about parts of dates I always got the run around... I feel bad for the next customer that goes with Cooks Upholestry.

Said they would do a simple upholstery job for me. One month later had to go and pick up my stuff. Nothing has been done and zero communication.

I was not able to get into my Range Rover due to the handle breaking. Cooks was able to fix it by installing a new door handle cable.This group has many talents when it comes to auto upholstery etc.

Avoid using at all costs

They did a nice job re-leathering my 2002 Mercedes. Its like new now.
