You experience depends on your expectations. Klaus is a old-school expert on Mercedes. I have a 60s Mercedes that other repair shops could not get running smoothly. He diagnosed this as ignition problems and was able to get it to run like never before. He is the go-to for other repair places when they are at their wits end.Having said that, assume it will take time to get your repair done. He works on his own. I keep coming back, since I know that everything is done properly - in time.

Back in June of 2020 we brought in a 2006 SL 550 Roadster for a major service. Klaus basically rebuilt the front end of the car and fixed a number of other neglect related issues. It’s a pleasure to be able to do business with Klaus because he’s a highly skilled professional and honest. I’ll be buying more used Mercedes-Benz in the future knowing Klaus is around to work on them.
