Ive reached out multiple times and have had no response we are passed the 72 hrs! pretty sad when you have been loyal for over 5 years. would not recommend this agent moving forward!! Thao needs to get things sorted out and follow up with clients that have proven loyalty!but this is not the case!

Thao’s team are very responsive to calls, emails and any other form of communication. They call on time when scheduled and always have answers or get back to me very shortly. All said, I highly suggest this branch for all insurance needs. I live 45 minutes out of Sacramento and have never had a problem signing things in person with local branches.

Difficulty getting a lower rate, after Allstate made an error on my mileage . This happened in July 2020 .The adjustments to my account has not been corrected and now it is Sept 2020 . Ive been paying the higher rate because of their mistake . Im extremely upset . I want them to adjust my auto insurance rate and they still hasnt corrected yet .
