Several duplicate errors made by this branch on my auto policy. Branch swapped my claim to somehow change that I owned my parents home and altered their policy. After notifying them 3 times, error still unresolved. My auto insurance for new car was never processed until I reminded them to follow up a month later. Now with my newly purchased home, I will transfer to another Farmers branch for more professional management. I cannot continue tolerating persistent, unresolved errors and will move our entire families’ separate policies over to a more reliable agent.
