It was the quality of the repair I liked the most no matter how much would I pay for the service. So thankful that the technician was capable enough in fixing up my refrigerator ice maker problem. Received a call the next day to inform me of the availability for the same day Friday afternoon. My AC was repaired within two hours. Customers service is excellent and follows up about results. We had been considering getting our vents cleaned for months but due to COVID-19 we held off but we realized I really needed it even more. It was worth it & the cost was affordable. My AC kept blowing out hot air so I called Bloom Residential Services Inc. and spoke to Henry. He arranged his schedule and gave a time slot the next day. He was on time (early) and checked my AC and told me that the circuit breaker for the compressor was flipped off (not sure how that happened). Henry hung around to make sure we get cold air before he left. I asked him how much it cost and he said nothing. I was AMAZED and in disbelief. His punctuality and honesty are priceless. The air conditioner gave out after 27 years, decided to replace it and the furnace. They worked their tail off to get the old furnace out and did a great job overall. I had been experiencing my AC going off and coming back on hours later for no reason. I had a minimum of 4 different companies out but none of them could find the problem.
