Called into get a repair on Amana PTAC provided model # issue to office. Mario canceled on 1st appointment then rescheduled 2nd appointment and finally arrived on 3rd appointment to tell me they do not handle Amana and proceeds to leave shoe covers I provided him to enter my home on my floor after asking if he would give us any recommendations. Rude, Unprofessional, get it together.

This company was able to repair our York and Amana heating furnace repair, replacing the air filters and changing the pilot and replacing the igniter controls, the blower motors were oiled and all return air filter grills were cleaned out, the air conditioning tune up makes a big difference and still working great.
