The Kiosk froze in the middle of my order. A quick call to the hotline and I was helped right away. The tech was able to locate my kiosk and reboot it without a charge and my order was completed pronto! Will definitely use service again!

I have used this business before and the house keys were duplicated perfectly. The last house key I attempted to duplicate did not function. I emailed CS w a pic and explanation and they immediately provided a refund. Its a great service, which allows you to store these scanned images in the cloud for future needs.

It was so easy to get keys made. I liked the privacy and convenience of the kiosk in the Hermosa Beach 7-11. I really like how the system keeps copies of the keys I made.

Put my key in got a great price and received it within about 5 days ....i was pleasantly surprised and im very satisfied ...i had my doubts because its a kiosk in 7/11 ...but im happy and the key worked right away .

The kiosk did not sample enough cuts in the key to produce a working copy.
