I came to Green Street Auto Spa with my car very scratched on the side. They did an amazing job fixing, polishing and cleaning it. My car looked brand new again. I couldn’t believe how amazing they were. I highly recommended this place for polishing and car wash!!

You cant go wrong with Green Auto Spa. I had bought a used car 3 years ago that came with a lot of stains and marks on the seats. Due to the pandemic, I barely used it and it got GNARLY. Green Street Auto spa is fantastic! I bought a new car about a year ago and they made my honda look better than when I bought it. They removed the hard water spots, dirt and debris stuck in the paint from freeway driving and went the extra mile to remove the dog hair from my belongings in the back seat. Its been a while since i got the interior done due to covid and wanting to limit exposure but i greatly appreciate the work they did.Thank you! They clean really well that your car look like a brand new car from the dealership. Best car wash in the South Bay! I get my car washed every 3-4 weeks. It’s new and it’s black so I like it looking good. I had trouble at other washes with my last car; they’d leave streaks and scratches on the paint. At Green Street, they take really good care of the cars that come through. I typically get a hand wash, but they offer basic washes and a variety of detail options as well. These guys are super friendly, provide great service, and have very fair prices. 10/10 would recommend!

Green Street has been my “go to” car wash for my black trucks for years. When Covid hit, they were unfortunately closed down for months. I admit I used another “essential” car wash that had gasoline. Today I visited my old stomping ground here at Green Street and I’m so glad I did! Jose was there to greet me and even remembered the last time I was in. My truck looks spectacular! Came here for the first time yesterday to wash my car. As I was in a rush I just left and later noticed that both sides of my car had black marks, like rubber or grease... Came again and spoke with the same person received me yesterday and he completely denied that happened there. Of course is his word against mine.... Bottom line... worse experience ever... first and last time here!

These guys do a great job! The pricing is reasonable for the quality of work they do. They clean the interior very nicely and the exterior doesn’t have any drops or streaks of water. They also offer carpet and upholstery shampoo to get a deep clean. Highly recommend them

I have been there two times to get my car washed and asked about buffing out the paint job. I have not got an answer out of them either time. The guy that washed my car was very nice and went to get somebody that speaks better English. The guy came back and told me the problem was that my car had been repainted. I bought the car brand new from the dealer and it has never been repainted. There was no problem I just wanted to get my car detailed.

Ive been taking my car here for years since I found this place and it has been great! I tried other carwash places but GreenStreet Auto is the best in southbay. I live in Manhattan beach but I use the GreenStreet Auto in Redondo beach because its worth it! I know Jose the manager who will take care of any issue that happens and the other staff always say hi to me. If you have any problems, you can always go to Jose. This car wash is the best in the South Bay. Their prices are fair and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have a soft-top Jeep that can’t run through the machine so it can be challenging to find a place that cares enough to do a good job. Always comes out spotless and looking brand-new!

Though I appreciate many establishments not many have completely wow’d me in customer interaction and experience.I’ve gone to many different car wash spots in the past. Some good but most of them just okay. I know that when I take my car I just ask for the basic, they take my money and I wait for my car.Do yourself a huge favor and give your car and yourself a big treat. From the moment I got to the wash I was greeting with a vibrant welcome. The gentleman at the ticket booth explained what they offer and in detailed explained what he recommended to make sure my car not only looked good, but aged well. After that he gives me a tour of their cashier station, refreshment station and their two waiting areas (one indoor and one outdoors with a large screen TVs and ocean breeze)I asked for his manager to let him know what type of professionalism and attentiveness I had been treated with. Come to find out Jose was the manager. Most times you go to an establishment and the manager is the one behind a desk somewhere not really attending to customers. It’s no wonder I was recommended this wash and see they have good reviews. I’ve tried several options in the South Bay, and Green Street always comes out on top. Personalized service, attention to detail, and hands down the best after wash wipe down you will find. I find most car washes are about volume, pushing vehicles out as fast as possible, which leaves streaks and clouding, for $20 and up, you expect the car to look amazing, and at Green Street it always does, with out the longer wait. Some times 2 staff per vehicle. If something isn’t up to standard, which is rare if ever, Jose, or one of his team will take care of it. Went to them after receiving a coupon in the mail from them, and I couldn’t be happier that I did!! The entire staff was very friendly and kind, and they offered me a huge markdown on a handwax as well as helping restore my headlamps. My car is a 2007 and it looks shinier than cars ten years newer than it by comparison! Will definitely come back!

This is by far the best car wash in Southbay! (and I would know... Because Ive tried them all... And I own a professional cleaning company! They did an excellent job with my car! I had parked my car under a tree and it got a lot of sap, dirt and bird droppings and they were able to make my car look brand new. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

These bozos actually put my car through their wash with one of my car windows partially down. All windows were up when the attendant took my car. They returned it to me soaking wet ON THE INSIDE they ruined important papers left on the passengers seat. Do not have your car washed at green street unless of course you want it soaking wet on the inside.

This is my go to Car Wash. Im continually impressed every time I have my car cleaned here. Great customer service. Iris (cashier) is super friendly and their greeter (Sammy) is never pushy. I strongly recommend the Platinum wash. I signed up for this Unlimited Wash Membership and get my car cleaned at least once a week. Great value!

I have been told for years from coworkers and friends to go to Simons. I always put it off because I thought I was happy with where I was going previously. Boy was I wrong.

$200 for detailed interior & external cleaning. Done 1/2 hr told it would take 1 hr...seats were NOT cleaned. exterior was poor. There has got to be better service is South Bay. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. There is no vaccination mediocre work

I purchased the wash, vacuum and clay polish. These guys worked quickly (~50 mins) and did a great job, especially on the inside. A couple of missed spots (caked on bugs I think), but well within normal expectations for a hand wash. Will be coming back.

I have taken my vehicle to this business on a few occasions. The work was fair and it was close to my office.The last time I came in for a wash, several items were missing out of my glovebox. It was blatant theft from the workers. When confronted they all just looked at me with blank faces and acted like they didnt understand me.I spoke to the manager and he could care less telling me that I should call the police if I had a problem. He never even confronted the workers.I will not be back to this establishment!

I use to come here all the time, the service was great and the employees are friendly, until one day they broke a part of my hatchback trunk that covered the inside from being looked in on. It happened a week prior but they said the cameras only record the past three days and that none of their employees would recall such an event taking place. Come at your own expense I guess.

The people were pretty friendly, the car wash was good and the interior cleaning was also good. They left some fibers on my dashboard from the wiping.I just think its a bit pricey. The cheapest wash and vac is $12.99. They say there are coupons, but I didnt see any in my mail. Overall, they get the job done. I would go back with a coupon of $5 or more off the price.

I chose the Diamond wash which was $29.95. I paid using my credit card and went out to wait for my car. I was approached by a gentleman who asked me if I had an SUV. I told him I did and he told me that they add $2 for an SUV even though it isnt posted. He said that they give you back the $2 if you question itt. I did and they gave me back the $2. They are just stealing peoples money hoping you dont catch it.

I only take my Escalade to 2 places, one is near my house and is $25 for a complete hand wash. Great but expensive. Green Street is affordable and thorough, and there is an Italian coffee shop up the stairs to enjoy while you wait.

They were good at the beginning. Lately I still find dirty spots on my car and scratches. Window tint also was scratched few times for the past 2 years. Interior waxing usually well done, but time to time they forgot to apply it on all seats or doors.

They were closed due to weather but the gentleman who worked there came out and literally helped me find another place to get my car washed. Now THAT is putting the customer first!

My car is always squeaky clean after coming here. This is my favorite carwash because they are so detail oriented. No obnoxious streaks or wet spots.

Disaster! After getting my Jeep washed there many times, the last time I went, they somehow broke off my antenna and didnt mention it as I drove off. When I went back a couple of days later the man at the front found some antenna inside on the floor and tried to give it to me thru the drivers window. I asked him to put it on and when he tried he admitted this wasnt my antenna. How sleazy. Wont be going back, You shouldnt either UPDATE: Went back and spoke to the manager. He apologized and said his employee should have gotten him immediately involved. He promised to fix my antennae and because it was an older car it might take a while to find the right part. The outcome: THEY FIXED IT BETTER THAN NEW. Im very impressed and Green Street had made a customer for life. Thank you!

THEY DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW BLACK CAR.It all started when I bought a brand new Audi TT black on black. First car wash I take it to these clowns. Apparently they used dirty rags or something because I see spiderweb marks all over my car... as if the rags were not cleaned and had small dust particles or something that scratched the hell out of my car.So I take it back there, and they say Oh no that was not us.... Uh, how do you figure? I never washed the car before. Brand new??? ... they say Oh, our car wash machine spins this way and your scratches are that way ... I say... ya but your guys dry them by hand using rags, right??? ... so they admitted guilt. Offered to buff it out. Mind you the scratches are all over but mostly on the trunk lid. I show them. They offer to wax just the trunk lid. I say no, I want the whole car waxed, what is this?? Im not trying to get something for free... so I pay them for the difference.I get it back, and the trunk lid is just demolished. I mean DEEP DEEP SWIRL MARKS on only one side. Its as if they realized what they were doing and stopped. Now its hard to see these scratches because you need direct sun light and their car wash is underground.... how convenient for them to cover up their sloppy work... So upon inspection it initially looked fine. Turns out when I get home and see it under the sun I realize the destruction they did. Since the manager I dealt with over there was such a pain and gave me like a half hour speech of how amazing they are and how hes been washing cars for years, Im not going to even bother contacting them back. Im taking this car to a body shop to see if they can repair the damage and will sue them in small claims court if nescessary to get my money back.BAD BUSINESS. Dont go here. Better to take your car to any new automated car wash like the new one at Costco on Lomita for $8 and use your own rags to wipe down dry so you can be sure they are not dirty and wont scratch your car like this retarded place.FAIL. If you care about you car NEVER go to this place. They destroyed my car, manager is clueless and care about money only. I tried to get hold of the owner but they are refusing to give me his information or call me back.
