The staff here are awesome!! Very friendly group.For 25.00 for an hour in the pedal boats is a great deal. Be prepared tho. LolPerfect day to go out on the ocean. Keep up the great work guys!!

The staff is great. The service is fast. I was in line and in a pedal boat in less than 15 minutes. Quick liability paperwork to fill out, out in life preserver, and youre on a boat. They do take card payments so thats a plus. Seeing the sea lions down the way was pretty cool and bring in little bay is relaxing. Fair warning, you will get tired pedaling so be prepared.

Its a beautiful beach with many things to do,a bit crowded but theres social distancing. Fun place

This is one spectacular Adventure we have me and my husband kayaking so everyone has to break out of the shower 2 something different Ive been kayaking before surfing Im not a pro but I have tried so for a sixty-year-old not bad thank you we had on the marvelous time

The workers are friendly and helpful. The marina is very busy with boats, kayaks, paddle boards but once you go out, you have more space to move around.

Great time kayaking looking at sea lions and other wildlife. Staff was friendly and explained go- no go areas and all they asked dont run into rocks and damage kayak.

We really enjoyed this family activity ... very relaxing and got to see the sea otters up close which was neat. My only concern is that they are not practicing good COVID-19 procedures. We had to ask them to wipe down the boat and they also had to grab our hands to help us but wish there was another way. Don’t think they are cleaning the life jackets either after each use. Everyone was very nice but please consider how to adjust your process please!

Super sweet service, minimum for 2 pedal boards is $25 with no tax, recommend brining a kid as they would love this experience. great price and value, we stayed almost two hours for the price of an hour. had so much fun

We didnt rent but the car cruise hosted there was definitely the 9s.

The thought of pedal boating seem fun but unfortunately on these boats the pedals are so close to you its actually uncomfortable to pedal because your legs are not able to extend very far and it feels like its jamming your thigh bones into your hips. Perfect size for a kid but no ability to adjust if you have adult size legs. We cut our hour short. Also, they state adults are $10 but you have to spend a minimum of 25 so in essence its $25 for an hour. I dont recommend. Customer service could use a little improving as well.

Im giving them a 1 star rating because that is the lowest available, had there been a -5 star rating I wouldve given them that. Ive been to few different countries, written lots of reviews on Google and hands down they have the WORST customer service. They were the rudest to us, not sure if the owner was having a bad day or if she didnt like the way we look. Either way that is not the way to treat a customer. They lost our business forever.If you read my other Google reviews you will see Ive never given such low ratings. Ive even gone so far as to add a new missing business in Google just so I can write a 5 star review.They told us the ocean is rough and that they will give us a free ticket so we can come back another day, made us come back to the dock and after we got out of our boat and returned the life jacket Laura told us we can go now. After we told her what we were told she said it was a miscommunication on their part and we can go now. There were no apologies. We were treated as if we there stealing her boat and using it for free, I was never in my life spoken to by anyone like this. We didnt even get to finish our full 1 hour that we paid for, we were 22 minutes into it by then. No refund, just humiliation. I guess she knows there isnt any other kayaking business in the area so she thinks no matter how she treats customers, people will always come back to her.

My wife and I really enjoyed this! Its affordable and youre in a cove so the waves dont get too intense. There are sea lions, which are a little bit intimidating at first but they didnt bother us at all, we were able to get pretty close.

I would have given a 0 star if that was possible.I would recommend this place to someone who wants to have the worst customer experience of their lives. Due to some miss-communication between the employees of this business we were asked to leave our boat ride within 20 minutes of our ride and come back to the harbor even though we had paid for an hour in advance. The rude lady who also was the manager, spoke as rudely as one can to a customer and literally asked us to just go. After making us waste all our ride time in coming back to the harbor she said she will not refund us our money but we can go in again for the rest of the time. One of her employees had told us we would be given a ticket for another day since the winds were bad. So basically they lie to you to just keep your money without giving you the service. Probably thats why they take cash. Please dont waste your time or ruin your day by going here.
