I went in for my first haircut in about a decade. I knew I wanted to lose a lot of length and that it needed to be practical for cycling, but beyond that I had no idea. On this vague information, Nancy gave me a cut that complements my natural texture (very fine) and flatters my round face. The cut even reveals curls and body I didnt know I had! Im loving my new haircut so much and no regrets on chopping off over a foot of hair! Thank you!

Haircut was off. Nancy the hairstylist seemed a bit jumpy and wasn’t in a flow while she was cutting my hair. Subpar wouldn’t recommend if you want a really good haircut.

I purchased a woman cut on Groupon on May 5, and I did call right away to make appointment with Nancy. I thought I could have my hair done on the next day, but unfortunately Nancy put me on May 14 at 4pm, which one week later. But there was some urgent came out on May 14, and I knew I couldnt make it, so I called up Nancy to see if I can change the schedule. Her attitude was so bad and impatient with me on the phone to help me find available schedule. I was pretty upset and I had to cancel that Groupon, which I waited for a week and still couldnt get my hair done. I am hoping she could be more patient and thoughtful with her customers.
