My son has been attending BIC for almost 2 years. He has improved a lot in math. The concepts is learning are coming really handy in his school academics and also other subjects like coding. On the downside, due to high demand in Redmond, the center in Redmond is getting over crowded. They do the best despite this demand. I suggest the teachers focus more on in class practice.
Both of my kids go there for their enrichment program. They both liked it and has improved alot on their math and English. Great place.
VERY poor experience with this location and management/owner/no one will not even call me back after 3 days. Brought toddler in for afternoon summer program and in a 3.5 hour afternoon the teacher only spend 10 minutes of time (according to the teacher). The manager was not on site at the time of pickup. We did not bring her back for day two. The class had 10 kids (all much older) which is more than expected and there was NO security. People were walking in and out to the back of the center unchecked. No one was watching our child on breaks and she could have walked out the front door. They advertise for our childs age (almost 5 and going into K) but clearly they are not prepared for this age. Additionally, the initial $50 assessment was extremely disappointing. Our child was taken to a room and left with a paper and pencil to take a test that she was not ready for. I had to sit with her and complete the test since the manager was too busy on the computer. A friend had the same experience so there is an issue with this location. I am still waiting for a call. Is the owner reading this? I asked staff for the owner to call me. Shocked and disappointed at the way this has been handled and would like an apology.
Nice experience with this branch.we see improvements in my son.the only thing complaining is if the kids practice more in class it will be much better.
