If youre looking for practical medical care then its time to find a new primary care provider. Ive had my primary and my dental provider at this facility for about two and a half years at this point due to a lack of availability of care providers in the area that take pacific source/OHP.In the summer of 2020 I was far overdue for a teeth cleaning. I called mosaic to set up an appointment. I remember them being quick to get me in as long as I had a problem. The dentist checked my teeth and told me I had some minor problems, something some TLC and a certain mouthwash would remedy. Upon verbally requesting a cleaning, the dentist said they werent doing teeth cleanings due to covid which was rampant at the time. It was understandable so I asked when I could get a cleaning. They informed me that there was a waiting list and that I would been seen some time in October 2020. I asked them to put me on that list. They agreed. Todays date is 8/6/2021 and I havent heard anything back from Mosaics dental team.Yesterday I made the mistake of contacting Mosaic Medial regarding a stubborn eye infection. I got the infection back in April of 2021. After having a bad experience with mosaic, I opted for urgent care at BMC. After several months of visits and prescriptions, it seems the infection has remained. After a short phone call with mosaic staff I was set to have a remote video call with a medical staff member who would refer me to an eye specialist in the area. That call was supposed to occur at 8:20 this morning. It is now 10:30 AM I have not received any sort of contact from Mosaic and now I have to leave for work.If you like to have your time wasted, to get screwed around, and to remain unwell for several months at a time, then Mosaic Medical Redmond is the facility for you.Scroll down to see their generic garbage response/apology asking me to download some stupid app in order to contact me further.

So I have never actually been into this office...but Ive had a couple of telehealth appointments...they were ok as good as telehealth appointments can be...they are very impersonal. But Im a 1 star review because of the scheduling negligence. I had an urgent psychiatric appointment on a Tuesday and was CANCELED on the Friday before(I believe) and was rescheduled for the following Friday...NOT ok as it was URGENT and the reason for the cancelation was completely laughable....they accidentally scheduled my appointment on the providers lunch!!!!! Are you kidding me!? But thennnnn.... this morning(Friday the day of my new appointment) they call me with some bad news the provider isnt going to be in the office....!!!????!! I was beyond angry and consider this complete and utter negligence!! I called asked for a manager which they would not provide me with and demanded that I be seen...and magically the provider is available again...this will be my first AND LAST appointment with MOSIAC...if u value ur health PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR TIME HERE!! This should be illegal and like I said IT IS NEGLIGENCE!!!

I received a flagged lab value and was concerned. I called Mosaic to have a nurse contact me. They were more concerned about the holiday weekend than getting back to me. Now it’s Monday and they are closed. Thanks for the extra worry. You could have at least followed up with me before the long weekend.

Dr’s are professional, personable and well equipped with knowledge. On my first appointment the Doctor spent time getting to know me, ran tests that I had never had and came back with information that required immediate attention. The scheduling and follow up have been excellent.

I am NOT a review person, but I felt it necessary to write one for Mosaic. The new facility is super clean and modern, and is run with exceptional professionalism. Ive never had to sit around and wait at any of my appointments. The nursing and front desk staff are super cool as well. But the main thing that motivated me to write a review was PA Carolyn Sidles and Sierra Groenewold, who does behavioral therapy. They both helped me out tremendously over the course of the past few months. Im unaccustomed to medical professionals spending a decent amount of time and attention on care. Not so at Mosaic. They were both excellent listeners, helped me resolve several long-term issues, and helped me get last-minute appointments and battle with my insurance company when necessary. Im extremely grateful for their dedication.

Rude service! Why go here, when you can go anywhere else? They obviously would rather have zero business anyway.

I’ve been a patient of Mosaic Medical for years! After having my daughter 1 year ago we lost our insurance. We haven’t had insurance since because we can’t afford it. I called yesterday to make a dental appointment and was told that since I’m a cash patient that they would give me a sliding scale application when I came in and that I would either have a small balance or nothing at all depending on my income. They had the nerve to call me today to tell me that NO MATTER what I needed to pay a $35 copayment- I explained how we can’t afford that right now and I was told that it needs to be paid at the time of visit and it couldn’t be billed out to me to pay later. The front desk lady who was helping me (which I might add when she called to confirm the appointment she didn’t even tell me her name) did not even try to help me figure it out. It was if I couldn’t pay I couldn’t be seen! What happened to offices and people actually caring about other people and what they truly need! All medical offices care about these days is money! You could be dying but if you don’t have the money/insurance to be seen then they will let you die-and Even if they do end up seeing you they are going to bill you for an arm and a leg because guess what!!! THEY CAN! And we wonder why people can’t survive or live anymore- it’s because society is greedy and only care about one thing! MONEY. I’m so disappointed in this business- most medical offices in general to be honest. Customer service with this business sucks! Customer service anywhere is not the same anymore- everyone is so used to being treated poorly that they just continue to let people treat them bad. If you want to go somewhere where the front desk people are snoody and have zero customer service skills, where you wait for sometimes 30 minutes before being seen, where they only care about money and not the patient then you came to the right place! Seriously don’t waste your time here.

Ive been going here for over a year now due to back problems, Im in 1000$ of dollars in debt and still in the same situation as when I first started coming in, this place is a joke. Go ahead and go if you want lots of debt and none of your health problems fixed.

So we show up for our appointment at 11:30 am... they ask him to wait so he patiently stands in line for 3 minutes and then they have the nerve to say hes a few minutes late????? What the hell kind of operation you running here Mosaic. You make your clients late and then say they are late. Highly disappointing considering you dont even offer walk ins?Today, nothing has changed (3/18/19). Once again I am standing in line to check in, I am here on time and had to wait 3 minutes in line. So low I sit and wait for someone else to lose their place in line so I can be seen.May I make a suggestion? When you send out your fancy text messages, add the damn time to the appointment so the guy in front of me doesnt make me late trying to find out what time their appointment is.....

Clean; and the Doctors are awesome. But Having to wait 20 mins for them to pick up calls or waiting more then 15 mins for the front desk keeps them from a perfect score.
