Wow! Impressively COVID safe! Masks, plexiglass guards, customers wash hands on entry.

I walked in WITH AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY scheduled. Another girl walked in and they took her before me!I was so shocked! but I still decided to just wait 10 min cause maybe they had reasons for that to happen. They asked me to soak my feet in water and the water was soooo hot! I almost burned my foot.They just told me to wash my hands and LEFT ME THERE TO SOAK MY FEET FOR ANOTHER 25 MINUTES!!I simply decided to enjoy the machine chair and I left soon after that. Seriously no point of booking for an appointment cause they seriously don’t care. As I was walking out a lady came out and said she was ready for me. I simply said they should honor their appointments or just not take any because this was a waste of my time AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Hate it here.

My gel manicure removal was done with care so the manicure on my natural nails looks lovely and my pedicure is perfect. The salon is relaxing and I will definitely return!

Originally, I had a really disappointing pedicure. However I was contacted to come back in to fix the problem. the same person redid my pedicure. It looks a lot better. I appreciate her commitment and effort to fix it. We had to switch color since there was something wrong with the original color (it was too thick). Giving 4 stars because I had to waste my time and her time to fix this pedicure. Avoid Caramia regular nail polish #38!

Love this place! I get dip for my nails and so far they look very good still and its been 2 weeks already. I recommend to call ahead too make appointment. They get packed within the hour they open.

This is an amazing place! I love their work, the service and its very clean. The reason for not giving it five stars is that sometimes there are extremely long waits. Aside from that so far, has been my favorite place!

Just so you know, Im not a person that normally does reviews but I am making an exception for the girls at Redlands Orchid Nails. I have been coming here for a year, and my nails Always look amazing, Mary is a true artist and she is sooo precise and gentle, she uses that drill thing and has never burned me, even just a little, none! All of the women treat me like a friend and they honor their appointment times. The place is always spotless and the prices are very reasonable. I will go without a manicure before I will let anyone else do my nails, Mary is so good that I can go without the polish, just the acrylic, she makes it look like my natural nails, except much much better, check out the pics. You could not do better than these lovely women.

I went in today to get a dip removal and manicure. The dip I had in was the first one I had ever gotten (from another salon). The one I left with was so much better! My nails look natural and beautiful and my cuticles look great. What a difference! I’ll be coming here from now on.

Very sweet staff, painted my daughters nails exactly how she wanted.

Took my sister and i to get pedicures, the lady she got was super helpful made sure she was comfortable. the lady i had in the other hand, kept commented on how short my nails were, i have to keep my nails short because i end up getting discomfort at work and torn socks along with painful hangnails. during the process, she was punching (not hard) but enough to leave bruises up and down my legs. and the nail polish only lasted for a week when i’ve had pedicures last a month with just polish. won’t go back and called to ask about it and kept getting hung up on :/

I took myself and two 10 year olds here for pedicures. It was a pretty close to terrible experience They had us pick colors then said they didnt have the ones we picked after we were already seated and our feet were in the water. So we just went with whatever color which was pretty disappointing for 10 year olds. No effort was put into callous removal despite the menu option I chose being the callous removal spa pedicure. Sloppy polish and virtually no cuticle removal. I definitely wont be returning. $70 plus, spent elsewhere, will get the job done right!

I felt like an inconvenience being in this salon. Despite having made an appointment it felt as if these women had other customers to attend to (they didn’t I was the only person there). They treated me rough and my nails were painted haphazardly. Will not be going back here and will be warning others. Would give zero stars if I could. Thanks for nothing, ladies.

I had an 11:30 appointment and was told at 11:45 that they were very behind only after sitting down three walk-ins with non appointments ahead of me!!! Worst experience ever definitely will not return.

Staff was very nice and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, my mani/pedi wasn’t a good experience. My skin around my nails on both my hands and feet were rubbed a bit too hard and they have been stinging and pink all day. I saw one of my feet bleed during the service at one point and the rubbing didn’t let up. The shaping of my manicure is slanted. Then I got home after Orchid had closed and went to put lotion on my sore feet and found an entire section of my left big toenail that was unpainted and my nails were jagged. I had to fix it by putting some glitter polish over it.

Best nail salon in Redlands... and beyond! This is my third time here and this place is incredible. SO clean! Truly the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to, incredibly polite, fair pricing, i could go on and on! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

My friend and I were visiting from out of town and picked this place based off reviews. We were looking for cleanliness. Mostly, we picked them based on the fact that they use a fresh liner for every customer. Prices are pretty average. Starts at $21 for the very basic and goes up for every service. Would go back.

This was my 2nd time in this salon.first time was good with a young lady, she wasnt Asian. But 2nd time, though I had appointment, still I had to wait for over 30 minutes which is not the worst part of my experience. I got gel manicure and because of my job I have to keep my nails kinda short.A middle aged lady did my nails this time.she was really in rush, careless, and very aggressive and rough. She cut and filed my nails alot,and the quality of gel manicure she did, is horrible. Only in 2 days it started chipping on my thumb nail. It has been only 1 week and I need to get all of these removed and get it done again. Very bad experience .

With an appointment it took two hours for 2 manicures and two pedicures. The owner is rude and gives poor service. The technician Michelle was wonderful though. We will not be returning though.

Horrible place do not come to get your nails done her. They messed up my mom’s and my nails. For a design on my mom’s nails the put a single white line and called it a design. They made her nails all different sizes. My nails the paint came up in 2 days my nails broke because they were too thinned out. Mine are jagged and crooked. They lady that did my nails did not know what she was doing

I cant rate this place from personal experience but Ive bought my friend gift cards from this place and she loves it gets her hands and feet done tells me there really nice and do a great job.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had the worst experience here. I walked in and asked if they had any openings to do a full set and they said yes, so I waited about 10 mins and was sat down and asked what I wanted and everything said back to me was just “can’t do long nails, can’t do cow print design, can’t get a manicure before acrylics” just all that and my nails were rushed they are lumpy and misshapened and not even a coffin shape like I asked 3 times for and they burned me twice as well and one of my nails is almost sideways because they didn’t even place them on right, never coming back to this place.

Called and made a reservation for 2 people, one person wanted to remove their acrylic nails, the other person wanted a gel manicure. Made an appointment for 4pm. We arrived at 3:55 and were told to sit and wait. We waited until 4:45, no one came over to assist us. We ended up leaving after waiting over 40 min for our appointment. Also there was someone who was not wearing their mask inside. I had picked this salon because it had the best reviews on google, I was was very disappointed when we we did not receive any services. Will not be returning, we were very confused why they did not help us when they clearly saw us sitting there for 40+ min.

I noticed they talk bad behind the customer’s back in their language. They don’t help the customer in the order they come in the door that includes appointments. I experienced this first hand. Very unprofessional and disrespectful

I came in for a fill, and my nail tech was answering a lot of calls while trying to do my nails. She ended up drilling into my thumb cuticle area, made a mess of the nail powder coat on my skin and clipped off part of my skin while taking it off, and filed off my skin with the nail file.I get that sometimes these things happen, but for my first experience being with someone who had to multitask while doing my nails, get hurt multiple times, and im still finding excess hardened nail fill on my skin... and then having to pay $45 for my experience and nails, I have to say I was disappointed.I would give the benefit of the doubt that this was just a one-time issue, but I highly doubt I will be coming back.

I looked over there business hours on their Google page. They have open at 8am, it is 8:05 am and they are closed. Their storefront hours indicate they open at 9:30am. I should have called ahead of time.

Worst place ever it’s my first time coming here with my daughter and one of ladies she was doing my nails I told her that their too short and that’s not the shape I want she got mad and started yelling and worst than I had to pay a 100 dollars for me and my daughter,,,, I asked for narrow coffin shape and this is what I got none of my nails looks the same I’m so disappointed 😤😤😤

I really liked this place. It isnt the best location- it is further out away from residential areas than you typically find small nail places. However, they are worth driving a few extra minutes for. The chairs are brand new, the prices are a little lower, and they did a fantastic job for me and my friend.

Shady shop. Overcharges. Have to redo their work 3 or 4 times until it’s sufficient. Dispute eventually filed with credit card over their practices. AVOID.

The people who work there not only do they do an excellent job, they all have a great personality they treat you like a queen. Vic is entertaining and Van gives you the best leg foot massage and I know because Ive had a lot. She is such a sweetie. You are definitely my new nail and spa salon.

This is my new favorite nail spot! Pedicure was only $21, and she did not rush it, it turned out just perfectly and she was also so much fun to talk to. May did my nails, and was very professional and friendly.

I got nail infection after the manicure. Also, the place is not clean at all. They wash the instruments (including pumice) in the foot bath after working on you and they will wash your feet again with that water. The filing cube looked used.
