Your experience depends on who does your nails. The men are experts. The women are beginners. Paint outside the lines, file like their wrist is broken and can’t understand what you’re asking for. I asked for ombré and got ummm Nay! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

The staff are very friendly and always do a wonderful job! The place is always clean. And I dont ever feel rushed like at some other places Ive been to. I highly recommend them.

Gotten my full set done here a week ago. Been 7 years since Ive gotten my nails did lol great work!

Been a customer since 2005. I have tried other salons but none have ever came up to the quality, value and customer service I have experienced here.

We went ther today and they did not do a good job my nails are crooked amd bumby and they cut my cudicales 6 times.They were very rough nad were watching tv while doing my nails and they were rushing so they could watch there show. They are not good. Bit they looked Okay afterwards.

I got a $25 gel pedicure. No frills but quick service, nice selection of colors, the staff was pleasant and fast. No attempts to upsell me on additional services. The place could benefit from a coat of paint and some new towels, but not overly dirty. The magazines were current and in good condition. Based the the price, availability, and speed, I will definitely return.

I was having my nails done for Christmas and they totally f@#$%d up the design . Then told me theirs looked better. They wouldnt re-do. Here the customer is never satisfied.

Ive gone to this place plenty of times and its not because they do a good job or their customer service is great because both are actually pretty horrible but because I live in the apartments right behind there nail shop. Anytime you plan on coming here just remember that they rather do a horrible job and get out of there early, then to do a nice job and have a good reputation. Not only did they do a really bad job on my nails but they constantly argue with customers! Once I told him that I didnt like the way my nails turned out they redid them but in that process cut my finger and hurt me on purpose. This is not acceptable someone needs to put a stop to the way they run their business! As for myself I will never step foot in their establishment again!

There super dirty they use the same towels on you they dont put a plastic bag where you put your feet they just rinse it and thats it after someones was there felt like she just did it in a rush i could of done a better job on my nails no wonder it was lonely and has low starts!!! Never again going back

I came here with a friend. The ladies were so loud I could not have a decent conversation with my friend who was sitting next to me. They messed up her nails. Mine were just okay. I do not know how they stay in business. The customer does not come first here.
