Preemptive TLDR; While starting out promising, there was a lack of proper communication from the recruiter who would call me at random times of the day and not return emails. I was eventually ghosted for having a 35wpm typing speed even though I tested well for Excel, Word and Outlook.Working with Cristina started out promising. The initial phone interview went well and she was very pleasant. She sent me a slew of assessment tests to take which I did over the weekend they were sent and they took a total of 3 or so hours. Around that Wednesday, I received an email from her saying that out of all my scores (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc) it was my typing speed of 35 wpm that disqualified me for the job I applied for (front desk reception) even though my scores for everything else were presumably satisfactory. This surprised me as I -can- type even if its not lightening speed and I know the software that would be in use. She asked if we could discuss the matter on the phone the next morning. I replied with an email asking if such-and-such time would be okay to contact her and got no response. I called her twice the next day and she didnt answer her phone and only called me back the following day even though she was the one who wanted to set up a phone call on that particular day and didnt adhere to it. I missed her call as I was indisposed and I had no idea when she was going to call again. She didnt respond to emails and would just call me at random times of day. Im not glued to my phone all day so I missed them. I eventually retook the typing test, not expecting to fair much better but its never been an issue at any of my other jobs. Once I had done that, I never heard from her again. The one thing I told her during our interview was that I had no intention of wasting her time or mine with jobs that didnt fit my background, but my time was absolutely wasted here which is why Im leaving a review when I normally wouldnt.

I am so impressed with Arrow Staffing Services. My recruiter (Cristina Vasquez) not only provided me with great advice, templates for an awesome resume and cover letter, but also helped me out with some training applications since Im rusty on my computer skills. They work hard to help you succeed in the careers you are aiming for.

She sends me to a place where all you do is lift heavy boxes. They don’t care about you at all. (Update google emailed me saying 2 thousand people have seen this hope it helped)

They are a bad company. Do not work for them. They are racist and rude. A ton of attitude is given at any questions or concerns made. They do not stand by what they say. They do not treat employees with respect at all. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend working for them at all.

I applied, I did all they asked. When I got my first call, I told the person I wanted entry level clerical work because I have had multiple knee surgeries, and cant be too physical. She said they get it sometimes, and she would put a note in my file. I wait a bit. My sister who used them before said I should go in and ask about testing and other info, because she thought it was weird I had not heard anything yet. So I did.Apparently testing was not necessary for me, even though my sister had to do it when she applied. Thats fine. Then the person at the desk asked what I was looking for in a job, I told her. She said they dont get entry level clerical work. So I told her what the other person said, and about my knee. She said it was rare that they got it. She just seemed annoyed that I was there and had questions, and said I never did one of the surveys or papers online, thats why I never heard anything. But I did it, so not sure where they got their info. My sister had great luck with them. Me, not so much. I saw them last in August maybe? But never heard anything back. I found work on my own. I no longer live in the area anyways. So it was really just a waste of my time.

I had a great experience with Arrow Staffing in Redlands ! When I first applied with them it did take about 5hrs to complete all my papers, tests, and interviews and then I had to take more tests online at home - so a little longer than I expected. But Christina was AMAZING she is so kind, respectful, and professional. She got me into some interviews with good companies and she did find me some decent clerical work for a limited time. I did ultimately find a full time clerical position on my own, but I will still refer all of my friends and family to Christina and Arrow Staffing.

I went to this agency for a hiring event on Wednesday 9/19/2018. I was interview by a lady but I did not get her name or business card. I waited about half in hour in the waiting room.When I finally got interviewed, the lady who interviewed me was very rude. I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting with a year of Accounting experience. As the interview progressed, she seemed more concerned with how fast I can type than my Accounting skills. I informed her that in Accounting, typing fast is not a major factor because of the high possibility of mistakes.She informed me that I would not be considered for an Accounting job because I did not have at least 2 years of experience and that I was better off applying as an Administrative Assistant. As I left, I noticed that other applicants who were dressed in sweat pants and flip flops, would get her business card and phone number to follow up. I did not get neither and I was dressed in business casual. Really bad service.

My experience with this staffing firm was a bad one. Their so called professional recruiters are anything but professional. I have over 10 plus years of experience in HR, and had applied to an HR related position they posted online.The recruiter had me fill out the application and met with her in person, and I followed up for several weeks regarding any related job openings but the recruiter and staff acted like they couldnt be bothered after my first appointment with them.I got a HR Manager job on my own, and will never use them to place our temp to hire jobs and will let other HR professionals know that this agency is not worth doing business with.

I registered for Arrow Staffing a few months ago with a recruiter name Cristina. She said my professional experience was great and she would assist to find me work.She did not help me at all! She sent me on one interview for a job that was a dead end. This staffing agency is the worst in the Inland Empire, they will send you on one interview and you will never get any help from them again. I normally do not waste my time writing reviews but this staffing agency is a waste of time. I have two degrees and work in IT and applied to a job they posted.Went to their local office and met with a recruiter and never heard back regarding the position. Like many agencies this company will promise they have many opportunities, but its a lie as they couldnt get me a single interview.

Been with Arrow staffing for a little over a month. Had my first job fair at the start of week, then had my first interview was hired the very same day. Staff was friendly, helpful and good at communicating via e-mail and phone.

I was told my education and work history was great and they would send me on an interview for a potental job.The recruiter never followed up after a week so I tried calling and spoke to someone else, and never heard back. I was overqualifed, but she had me waste time going on an interview to fill their interview slot I suppose. The last time I talked to someone they said all the places they sent me I never showed up or no call so thats funny to me and all that was back in 05 supposedly this agency is a joke they hire only who they want

Arrow Staffing in Redlands CA needs new management.I went into their office for an accounting related position and the staffing agent keep asking if I was bilingual spanish. I stated no, it did not list spanish as a requirement for this accounting job. Long story short, I got the feeling you are discriminated against if you are not bilingual.Will not bother with this agency, as I was not treated like my work experience was good enough for their staffing agent.
