Steve did a great job replacing my laptop keyboard. During the initial consultation (by email) he correctly diagnosed the problem, sent me a picture of the part I needed, and offered a fair price quote for parts and labor. The repairs were done a couple days after I dropped my computer off and they new keyboard works great. Plus, Steves shop has an awesome resident cat named Toby, which should be a requirement of every business.

Steve was very misleading in the way he handled my business. He offers a discount for a 5 star review after he totally lied when he was giving me a quote. He said that the diagnosis fee is 75 dollars and that would go into the cost of the parts used if I chose to get it repaired by him. Instead of contacting me to ask if I wanted him to repair it, he did it anyways and then changed the blanket price to 175 for any repair. Also he made passive aggressive statements in my choice in a laptop and overall didnt really treat me like a business should treat their customer and will definitely not be returning in the future.

Steve was very professional clean environment and very knowledgeable about my desktop! He also gave excellent advice on what steps are necessary for me to one fix my computer but also upgrade to future proof my desktop! Couldnt boot my wifes long-unused Vista laptop to preserve some documents and photos. Steve removed the hard drive, and after Windows tools didnt work, was able to recover the data using Linux for substantially less than the estimated cost. Very pleased!

I got to work Monday morning and opened my laptop and found that the screen had cracked sometime over the weekend. The entire screen was one big white out and not usable. OUCH! It was the last week of the month, and I was going to be toast if it did not get fixed right away.I called Steve and got a good feeling about him over the phone. Thats not much to go on, I know, so I was still nervous. Turning my computer over to a stranger, with saved passwords, etc, is usually not a good thing. After bringing my computer to Steves home shop, I felt much more at ease. Great service! I dropped off my laptop for just a screen replacement. Steve informed me that the hard drive was about to give out on me, and that I could lose everything! I ended up having him replace the hard drive, and my laptop is working like new!

Great guy, very knowledgeable about computers. You could literally spend hours chatting with him about how to optimally build and run a good rig. I brought mine in, with the suspicion that it was due to a faulty PSU, and he immediate followed up, tested it with his tools, and we worked together to fix the issue. Great part was when I brought my PC back to get the new PSU I bought installed, he did it for free.Great service and professional, would highly recommend.

I contacted this company to see if i could get them to provide a couple if drops of thermal paste for my processor and gpu on my laptop. I explained the laptop would only need to squeeze a couple drops of thermal paste. They said $55. These giys are clowns. I would suggest another storw in fear of being over charged for a simple service. I think 10 dollars is more than enough to cover their tube and the 10 seconds of service they would have provided squeezing a tube of thermal paste.
