This store is always pleasant and clean. Vanessa and Brandon are always willing to help out us customers, whether it’s assisting with scanning documents or looking for a new printer/scanner; there always very nice, professional and patient with us little people..I give the highest recommendation. Very reasonable prices for scanning documents in the area.

Ordered a video card and it took 2 months for them to say that they couldnt fulfill it. Hope you dont need whatever it is you are getting from offie depot because they lie and cheat. Get lost Office Depot

I just wanted to praise Emily in the Redlands Store to the skies. Shes a sweetheart. I uploaded some posters and copy work and the online system told me it would be 48 hours. I called and begged for same day service. Emily answered the phone with a cheery, you got it! She promised me the work would be done before her shift ended. When I arrived, she knew the order and asked me about our business and took a real interest in our place. Shes the real thing.

Terrible service. Order on 3/24 a monitor, keyboard/mouse and docking station. It went through got confirmation pick notice would be sent when ready. Then I get a cancellation that monitor is no longer available. Called store spoke to a rude manager asked them to cancel rest of my order since it all works together. He stated he would. Only one item was cancelled and another is still showing ready for pickup. Very incompetent at this store. Go somewhere else to shop.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a good amount of employees working around the store. I found exactly what I needed and it also came in different styles! I will definitely buy from here again.

I use Office Depot in Redlands for all my printing needs. As a college student I need to print often. I throughly enjoy going to this store in particular because of the copy manager Jane, she is such a hard worker and so knowledgeable. She is remarkable at multi tasking while remaining very personable. Shout out to you Ms. Jane!!! And thank you !!!!

My husband & his brother were in the Redlands location to shop & browse the art & electronic supplies on New years day evening. (They are both white, in their 30s, have tattoos & dress nicely) No sooner did they walk in the door a staff member (the ONLY member on the showroom floor) by the name of Christian began to follow them & ask them what they were looking for. After they answered & told him they were browsing he not only continued to ask them the SAME question every few moments, but followed them no further than 3-5 feet away the entire time they were in the store. He even completely ignored other customers questions & continued harassing my husband. When my husband & his brother finally politely asked about a few different products he had absolutely no idea how to direct them or what they were talking about. Then when my husband asked him to open a case to buy a pair of head phones be began making rude & condescending remarks to him saying he wouldnt be able to afford them! & then grabbed the wrong pair. (Mind you they spent almost $100 before leaving the door!) My husband put his hands in his sweatshirt pockets at one point & the man said you a little cold bro? Cuz its not cold in here. They were harassed by this employee from the moment they walked in until the moment they walked out, obviously implying they were there to steal something. I called to place a complaint & speak to the manager & the manager on staff, Brittany, told me there was nothing she could do, & that her store manager, Katie, was on vacation & wasnt sure when she would be back & there was nothing she could do! Whats the point of being a manager if you cant do your job?! Im appalled by the treatment they received. The customer service was despicable & we will be returning the merchandise they purchased & will NEVER spend a dime in office depot again! If i could give this location 0 stars I would! I will be in contact with corporate to lodge a complaint after the holiday & I hope this kid loses his job for discriminating customers. Because Im sure theyre not the first to receive this extremely unprofessional & discriminating treatment. -Sarah

Fernando saved the day again! I always find myself pressed for time with creative projects and this guy bails me out every time. He truly cares about his work and its clear hell go far in life. Its so refreshing to see someone of his age REALLY care as much as I do about my projects and be that dedicated to his job.Also, he is helping an elderly woman next to me who said she drove all the way from 29 Palms to see him. She has been here since 3 revising her invitations (its 7:45 now). He has the patience of a saint!!

Old, run-down, poorly lit store...looks like its seen better days. But the staff was super helpful and friendly, and I DID find everything I needed.

Only issue I have is trying to pay with Android pay. I only have problems at this location. At my normal location in Moreno Valley no problem, maybe its training? Idk

I needed signature stamps. I called the store at 2 in the afternoon and was assured they could accommodate me. Either while I waited or pick up in an hour. I left my name & phone number @3:40 pm with the understanding the stamps would be ready by 5pm. I went back at 7:30 pm expecting to pick them. Boy, was I wrong! First I waited in line (as expected and okay by me) only to be told they werent ready and I could pick them up tomorrow. I needed them at 6am for a class I was teaching. I explained that I called and was assured they would be ready. Otherwise I could have taken them to Yucaipa or Moreno Valley. The employee asked if I could wait 15 minutes while they unjammed their machine. I agreed to wait. The wait stretched on and on with ocassional reassurance they were working on the stamps. At this point three people were working on it. Finally at 8:55 pm they said we cant do it today our machine is out of ink. Really, I said, that is an oxymoron...an office supply store runs out of ink. This is crazy. I could have gone somewhere else had they called me and let me know earlier. The excuses were: It wasnt in the book. We have a new manager working in this department and they dont know all the supplies needed. Our machine jammed and I needed someone to help me unjam it. The final excuse we ran out of ink at 8:55 pm was beyond frustrating. NOW all the office supply stores are closed and I cant go anywhere else. Their solution was we can have them ready tomorrow. Someone can run over to Moreno Valley in the morning and get the ink. Beyond frustrated. Considering the continual errors on Office Depots part one would think they would have offered a discount, we will do them for half price, we will give you a 25% off coupon, something in an attempt to try and accomplish some sort of service recovery. Very unimpressed with the store and their excuses.

Not the greatest customer service. Came in to get paperwork printed off my email and waited 30 plus minutes for another person to help said that my email was in spam. I asked him to please let the other worker know she didnt check the spam folder which caused me to have to wait so long. Get it together!
