They ordered the specific tires I wanted and did an alignment. Great tires and now better tracking. The car rides better now with new tires. The price was comparable to other places. I am happy.

It was the best experience ever going to do anything auto related. After going 4 other places that all said they would have to order my tire or it would take 3-4 hours. I found these guys. Al, the manager is an absolute stud. Is he perfect? Maybe. Might not be human. The man makes you feel happy about paying normal retail price. No discounts required. Happy customer. Makes me want to do some burnouts to ruin my new tires just so I can return to buy more even sooner. When he was in the Rancho location, it was the #1 location but now that hes in the Redlands #2 location, its becoming the center of the tire universe. Promote him or give him more money.

These guys are great!I needed four tires for my 20 foot RV trailer.I selected the trailer tires on the Tire Depot website and they were delivered the next day to the Redlands store. The store called me to confirm they were delivered and we made an appointment for one hour later for the installation . I brought in the trailer and they started removing the old tires. Half way through we had a freak downpore. The trailer was on jacks in their drive way, but the guys continued with the installation while getting drenched to the bone. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.I have never had such great service anywhere.

The manager, Al, is very good at what he does. I first met him at another store and when I went back because I needed more tires, I found out he left and is now at the Redlands store. I reached out to him and once again, his service was impeccable. I won’t use any other store unless it’s an emergency. This American tire depot is the best. The manager Al, is extremely professional. Just came in for an oil change and a tire rotation and i was in and out in 10 mins. I also purchased 4 new tires about a year and a half ago and this is the first set that has worn evenly thanks to the attention and willingness to go above and beyond by Al and his team of pros.

At location service good and polite. However I made an appointment several days before and my tires were not there when I got there so we had to wait after driving an hour and a half to get there for three hours for the tires to get to the shop get installed on my alignment done.The shop itself was fine.The online appointment scheduling needs work.

They didnt say that but as soon as I left there shop I noticed my steering wheel vibrating. I guess they dont balance there tires there when you pay for new tires and mount and balance. So the other day I noticed other say my tire was loosing air even after air was put in it :( So I took it down here to get my tire checked. Turns out my tire had a nail in it . It was fixed and a tire alignment was recommended, so we did that also. Everything was taken care of so quickly, I am so grateful! My husband and I are both first responders and need our vehicles to get to work, so this was such a relief knowing it was taken care of and we’d be safe on the road . I was also offered to try an oil change next time I need it. I was so impressed by the staff and work ethic by this crew I will be bringing in both of my vehicles for all my tire needs now and oil changes. Shady business practices bait and switch techniques at the American Tire Depot - Redlands II. I recently had service performed here on my 2017 Ford Focus ST and it was a horrible experience, very unprofessional staff! First off, I ordered some tires online, made an appointment for the next day according to the website. When I got there, they didnt have the tires in stock so they upgraded me for the same price. In addition, I had an oil change done and alignment work as well. The tires that I purchased, I thought had rim guards, and raise this concern with the manager Allen after installation, he said that they would pop-out after 500 miles if they didnt I should see him get this issue resolved. Well as it turned out they didnt pop out after 500 miles. I hit some sort of obstruction on the freeway, and you guessed it! it damaged my rim, I voiced my concerns with him afterward, and what seemed to be a very friendly customer service-oriented business turn into an unprofessional demeanor. In fact, I dont know whatever happened to the customer is always right. But, he tried to say that the tires that originally ordered online did not have rim guards. Furthermore, isnt it his job to make sure that the customer is satisfied after installation that wasnt the case then he should have corrected that problem then and there? In addition, a few weeks later I checked my oil level and it wasnt registering on the dipstick. My engine does not burn oil, and I use only synthetic on my car. The only way that this would have happened is if they had changed my oil with non-synthetic oil and charge me the price for a synthetic oil change: I nearly burned out my engine had I not checked it. Also, who knows what kind of damage that did to the engine. No one has returned my calls at this point Including their regional manager Ever. So, in conclusion, if you want to do business with unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff that will try to cut corners saving a few dollars then this is the place for you! Im not done yet Im going to the BBB, and all forms of social media to see what other avenues I have for recourse.

I walked in with a certain wheel/tire combination, but after speaking to Al, I was convinced that I would be better served with just getting tires for my truck. I stopped for gas yesterday and noticed a bubble on the sidewall of my tire. I limped back to Redlands and stopped here to order a tire. My expectations were that I would put in an order, come back the next day, have my tire installed and then get on with my day. That is definitely not what happened here.I was greeted with what, during these mask times, I can assume was a smile. I was told that a driver would go to their warehouse, pick up my tire and come back, and then I could be on my way. I had barely waited half an hour before I was out the door. Of course, your times will vary with the weight but this was definitely more than I expected. I will be very happy to return and give these guys my business. I am always happy to pay for quality service. Check out my other reviews and you will see that they are very fair.

I spoke w manager in the beginning. I apologize for not remembering his name. However, what’s important is....He quoted priced and ordered tires for me only to realize that their warehouse had old 2019 tires which isn’t what I ordered let alone for them to sell me. I dropped off my car only to be called w in minutes of leaving there to tell me the warehouse screw up. So he offered me another type of tire same price etc. and apologized greatly. Staff is always super friendly. I bought tires here about 3 yrs ago for two of my vehicles and it was not a hassle. I told them the tires I wanted and they even helped me get rebates. I have never made an appointment to get my cars serviced and they have always been able to accommodate me. I love that they don’t take long to service the cars unlike the dealerships who sometimes take 4-5 hrs.
