DO NOT CALL THEM FOR A TOW!!! The owner/driver has made it so difficult for my friend to get her belongings out of the car that was towed. Everytime we complete a task he comes up with something else . It feels illegal for him to not allow her to get her property from the vehicle. Weve been to dmv 5 times the police station 2 times. Dont get your car towed willingly from North State Tow! Bad business practices.

My husband and I were behind one payment when they show up at my house and take my car. The two men were cussing at me and threatening to run me over. They said I should have been nicer...who is nice when someone steals their car? Then we go to the office where the office workers laughed at us, said they pay their bills... treating us like trash. They wouldnt let me go to my car to get my stuff out.
