My original review was very positive for Angel, as he kinda forced us to leave him one. Everything felt good and smooth throughout the car buying experience. I noticed when backing out of the lot for a test drive that my truck didn’t have a backup camera, but didn’t say anything as I assumed it just didn’t have one at all. Angel helped us through the whole process. I was extremely happy and proud. My brother has the exact same truck and I asked him about the backup camera about a week or so after owning, and he said he has one. After further inspection everything is there for my camera it just doesn’t work. About two months went by after a couple times talking to Angel he said he would look into it. We finally got through to him and he told us that the camera worked fine when we bought the truck, lying of course.

These guys are awesome!! Angel is super helpful and got what we wanted. They stayed open late just for us. If you looking for honest car dealership, this is the place. Two thumbs up!!!

Angel was our salesman, he is very nice/friendly, not pushy, answered all of our questions, & was overall awesome. We did our price haggling and paperwork with Billy, we feel we got a good deal for a nice car. After our purchase we did find that the rear brake pads were worn so much that the rotors were grooved and both needed replaced, the oil had been topped off, instead of changed. I wasnt expecting to have to put a few hundred into a vehicle coming from a dealership. So far we are happy with our vehicle!

I previously was pressured by sales staff to leave a good review before leaving the dealership. We inquired about one of the perks available from the loaded option of dual DVD players in our suburban. Paid an extra 9 k for the loaded model plus paid for the extended warranty to ensure we had coverage if something went wrong. We were assured everything worked. We traded in a vehicle. When we took it home ( we are 2 hours away) the first time we tried using the DVD players, neither one would work. The unit that plays the movies as well as functions as our GPS is not working. No problem, Ive got extended warranty right?, WRONG. They lied about coverage! this is why I asked multiple times before paying extra for the extended warranty. Called to ask about getting it fixed. Turns out they lied about the warranty covering the unit. Feel ripped off. Will have to pay a hefty price out of pocket.. Then I get a letter from a tow company saying I am being billed storage for my trade in. I called and complained they said they would get back to me and fix everything to satisfy our purchase. Its been a year with no results. Dont buy from them .they will smooth talk you while straight up lying to your face. Not to mention we told them we were paying cash and they pulled a credit report and lowered our credit rating when we were about to refinance our house. No reason for a credit pull on a cash transaction. We didnt learn of this till the mortgage company told us. Just another thing they lied about when they said they wouldnt pull one. I explained we didnt want a pull because it lowers your score and if we were a cash sale we didnt need one pulled because we didnt need lender approval. Luckily our scores are high enough that it didnt do to much damage but we were told they wouldnt and they did. Everything they told us was a lie.

Mike, Greg, and John worked hard to get me the deal I needed on this 2008 Chevy Tahoe. John keeps his lots stocked with popular models of used cars and trucks, and upgrades many of them with aftermarket parts. This is a used car lot folks, these rigs have miles on them and they arent all perfect. But they are commonly well equipped, mechanically sound rigs priced at or below blue book, and the finance department is well versed in getting deals done with reputable banks. All in all, good guys to work with and a nice selection of vehicles.
