I cant believe my 11 year old Outback looks BRAND NEW again. My husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday, I picked up my car yesterday and I am overjoyed with it, better than buying a new car! My cream leather seats look cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership, the carpets (which I never thought all the dog hair could be removed from) are so fresh and the cargo liner in the trunk is so shiny, I cant believe it. Thank you so much for all your hardwork on my vehicle. It looks fantastic!

Amazing job on my 8 year old car feels like new now. Jason and his crew were respectful and professional. The interior was extremely dull (Im guess from our fine Redding heat) and Jason had all the leather and Capet looking brand new. He also corrected some of the bigger scratches and cracks in the paint with custom paint that matched the car so well you cant even find it. The wax and chrome polish was so good my sister thought I had gotten a new car.

They are awesome. They cleaned my Kia so good, even under the hood. My car is squeaky clean. I will always go back to have my vehicles detailed with them.

We brought in a 2011 Toyota Rav4 that had a lot of road wear in the paint; lots of chips and spots from bugs that impregnated the paint. The polish work that Jason performed made it look terrific. I had cleaned the inside before I brought it in thinking they couldnt improve it much, I was very wrong there! Even the Toyota service tech commented on how good it looked when I brought it in for maintenance. Id highly recommend Platinum Detailing to anyone wanting to make there car look great, I couldnt be happier with the results.

The work on my car was good but didnt like how they quoted me one price and then the day of service said another. After I paid for the service he said that when I came back into town he would do another wash on my seats but when I called he said they were busy this week and would call me if he could fit me in. I never received a phone call and when I drove by there during business hours no one was there so obviously not that busy and to me even if you were busy you should still honor your word that is just good business. I was very disappointed not going there again

I had my Truck and Boat detailed by these guys, wow, is all i can say. i used my truck for work and had a lot of dog hair and stains i thought were in there for good. when i got my truck back i didnt recognize it. i was so impressed that i wanted them to do my boat as well. same thing, my boat had water spots all over it and nasty moss/lake build up on it from being parked at the marina. these guys met me at there shop at 6 in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and even gave me a ride. im not the type to leave a review, but, man these guys did an excellent job.on a side note, i seen someone post some negative stuff about there hours and calling them names. Grow up dude. they told me that they get in super early and finish up there jobs from the day before. Im a happy customer and i already have my wifes car scheduled next week. great Jobs Jasons!!!! keep up the great work....#customerforlife ;)

Had truck done here, the owner was really cool and we worked out the price based on my budget. i had the interior done. couldnt of asked for better of job. thanks see you next year for sure.

Took my car to Platinum Detailing thinking I was gonna have a good experience until I got my car back damaged and the owner refusing to pay. A couple weeks ago I got my car detailed for 250.00 pretty spendy but it was in need and it seemed fair. So a couple weeks go by and I get a oil change from my local place that also has vacuums for free after oil change. After oil change I get in the back seats to check to see if its dirty (free vacuum) and the first thing I notice is the scratches to the back seats. The scratches came from all the same thing, there identical in shape and diameter, and they were not there prior to detail. Tried to contact the owner all day during business hours but no answer. Finally I got ahold on him the next day and told him what I saw and brought the vehicle to him to show him the damage. He claim he didnt do it but wanted a weekend to think about what happen. After the weekend he called me and offered me not even a third of what it cause to repair the seats (slap in the face), I refused the money cause Im not gonna pay for something I didnt do, and he blatantly refused to see all the evidence and just claimed that cause of time hes not gonna pay for it. My seats are jet black and I never would of noticed the damage from the front seat, only when I went in the back in the light could I see the damage that was done. So lets sum it up I paid 250.00 for some one to clean my car and 350.00 of damage to the seats. They LITERALLY got PAID to damage my car. DO NOT go to Platinum Detailing

Overpriced and poor workmanship. Called me at odd hours of day for pick up and payment. Only want cash or additional fee. Stay away from these methheads.
