Never been here before and I went in for a pedicure today but I’ll probably not go back. They only take cash, they reuse disposable items meant to be used for one client (seems like an infection waiting to happen), and the nail tech was really rough. They were pretty nice but I left with my toes covered in as much polish as the nails and for $35 for 30 minutes I expected better.

Horrible!!! The lady did a terrible job! My boyfriend got a manicure and she over cut his nails and made him bleed. She was very rude and was trying to over charge after she did a terrible job. She also did my mother in laws nails and left the polish stained. 0 out of 10 do not recommend!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Absolutely horrible!!!!

My nail fell off the same day, the shapes where all different and lengths. My polish was clumpy and I was beyond mad!! Place sucks!!

Came in around 5 to schedule an appointment for me, wife and daughter. They told me to return at 6:30 with an availability of 4 people ( we were potentially going to bring more people. ) Came in at 6:30. Waited. Waited. I was seated to soak my feet. The girls were escorted to different nail stations. At 7, my feet were raisins. I lifted my feet out silently complaining (through messages) to my wife about the lack of service. They had been taking care of other customers they had so told to come in at the same time. At 7:20 I had had enough. I paid for their nails and walked out. We will not return. They apologized but unfortunately apologies do not return wasted time. Very nice people though.

I was treated horrible because I go by they/them and the girl doing my nails had to remove them because she gave me a chemical burn, didnt get the name of her otherwise Id reveal the name

My acrilic nails started coming off five days after getting them done. They were rushed. Also gel polish on toes started coming off in two days

Took my mom and her close friend for a ladies pampering session. The ladies were polite, efficient and actually listened to what we wanted. We all walked out loving our fingers and toes.

Over priced but if you need your nails done in a pinch during quarantine they work. Charged me $70 for a set that was extremely poorly done, but I’m just happy they could get nails on me.

I have given this place three chances with gel manicures/pedicures. Every single time they have began peeling off within 4 days of getting them done. I have never had that poor of quality with gel nails before. Typically I need to peel them off after a month, but these come right off with not damage to my nails. I have finally given up on this place and will just get them done when I am in Chico. I definitely say don’t waste your money here. There is another place in the Ross parking lot that is probably a lot better.

Anna is amazing with dip polish! She’s the only person I will let do my nails in that salon. She is worth every penny!

I have got my nails done here 3 different times...each time they give me a quote and I would walk out paying $80 when they said oh 40 to 60...and the design was nothing what I wanted even tho I shown them pictures. I wont ever go back

Worst nail place ever.She cut my finger a million times, all my nails aren’t the same length.She tried covering it up with glitter.She was very rude, and rough. Didn’t do what I had asked for or even painted the sides...

Had a pedi super relaxing

My polish looked perfect, but my nails were a little more square than I wanted them. The girl didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. Also, I was quoted $15 on the phone, but then was charged $25 after it was done.

My nails are uneven and she broke my real nails when giving me a dip😡 not gentle at all and left my nails with a completely different style that I wanted. They look lumpy and horrible.

Worst pedi ever wont be back.. over priced not very good. Looked messy my 9 yr old couldve done a better job and they are kinda rude. Not to mention the paint was chipping off the next day. Better of doing it yourself would have looked better and saved 35 bucks zero stars.

Located in a little building strip, parking is shared with other businesses. Trying to find a spot can be difficult at times. Both times I had gotten my nails done, I received what I asked for. They also go the extra mile to ask if your satisfied with the job theyre doing. They really want you to be a satisfied customer. They accept walk-ins and appointments

They do not sterilize their tools between customers. Did see one guy who just did my pedi take something to the bathroom and come out shaking tool to ? Get water off? Not sure. Gel materials are not quality, gel didn’t stay on my nails 3 days before each one started peeling off and I get gel manicures all over the country and quality gel stays on for 4 weeks easy. They don’t tell you until you go pay they are a cash business - meaning no credit cards. But you CAN go next door to the atm at the gas station.

Great pedicure. However my friend that was with me didnt like her manicure. Recommend for a good pedi only.

So awesome that I can get way from my house. I rate star nails because can take good care of me and give out free waters so nice that you can be on vacation

The girls are very good at what they do. Tiffany does my nails and Im pleased. The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable.

I told the lady I wanted ombré and she got mad and started to throw globs on. and told me it’s going to cost extra and it was so bad that she said she’s going to add glitter to cover how bad she did my nails and charged me 60 dollars never going back terrible!!

As a man I never had the procedure before, They were very Gental very caring, No tickling very smooth I wasnt tickled one bit Feet feel smooth nails cut properly no cuticles out of place, no burrs to catch the sucks, I will be going back!

Im giving this one star because 0 isnt a option. I have gone here 5 times. And 5 times I havent gotten anything close to what I asked for. My nail artist has been rude, argumentive, and a jerk every time. Ive only had two full manicures here but the other three visits were to get repairs done. Ive been cut and told while I was bleeding that it wasnt me! While he poured superglue into my finger. Ive also had them get polish all over my hands and fingers. And last but not least i cant get them to ever charge me what the sign says. Overall i hate it.

My nails are uneven, at the tips and the feeling on top. My thumb nails are two different lengths. One of my nails on my left hand bends in the middle and is also completey grinded off on the side. My right pinky nail is totally crooked. I left in tears because of the pain and how upset I was that I got charged $40 for that!!! My fingers were cut multiple times. Tiffany had to get a cotton swab to get my pinky to stop bleeding as I was in tears. She wasnt paying ANY attention when she used the nail grinder and grinded on my hand multiple times. Its been a week and I still have glue globs stuck underneath my nail.

The worst experience ever! First off, the lady who did my nails kept her tools in a mint can. Her powder in a face lotion tub and never used a new set of files on me. Which is disgusting giving the fact that she made every one on my cuticles bleed! My fingers were so sore the next day it was ridiculous. And to top it off, my nails were so poorly done. Uneven,crooked tips. And my gel color was bumpy, and different lengths in comparison with the other nails. Im not one to complain, but since the experience was absolutely horrible, disgusting and just ridiculous I wanted to share. I would recommend definitely choosing somewhere different to get your nails done.

Literally some of the worst manis I have ever gotten!! I have mistakenly returned several times due to Red Bluff not having very many other walk in salons, and every time Im disappointed! My nail shape is always terrible and I end up with 10 painted globs instead of nails! This will be the last time I give them any of my money! The owner told me I was picky and that she wouldnt do my nails again, lol thank god!!

I’m giving it one star because zero is not an option. It was a horrible experience the lady that did my nails had fungus on all her finger nails. She was rough and impolite it was like she was in a hurry. To top it off my nails didn’t even last a week, when they started coming off. The worst part of it is that as a result now I have fungus on both of my thumbnails. I had never had this problem before extremely disappointed!!!

I hate to give a bad review. I have been here several times and have been mostly happy accept for that rushed feeling. But this time, my mom my sister and I went in for pedis and manis. My moms heel was grated raw and bloody. She had a horrible wound She s hoping doesnt get infected . my sisters cuticle was bloody because the gal kept caking on the gel polish the curing it into big lumps then refiling over and over and over. Like she didnt even know how to apply the gel polish. What a very disappointing visit.

They are great very busy yes so make an apt but they are the only place that did not make my nails bleed they didnt hurt me at all any of the times i have came in i definitely recommend them they do a good job without pain and they last i went 3 weeks without a fill and had no issues at all

Every time I have gone here I have had a bad nail excpierce each time the last time I went the lady made almost every single nail bleed. A few hrs after getting them done my boyfriend saw how swollen an red they looked an even he said that it didnt look good at all. My fingers had been hurting for a couple days after that.

Paid for #2 padacure with parathan wax $35 plus an extra $10 for gel Polish $45 total plus $5 trip and didnt my wax. Not happy will not home back.

Terrible service, the guy was doing my nails in a rush for no reason, not only that but he cut me a few times and had sloppy work. Then he got mad when I didn’t have cash, only card which is not my problem they can’t afford to get a machine that works for the card. Don’t recommend AT ALL

Horrible! They had no idea what they were doing. Made my fingers bleed multiple times on multiple fingers while doing my nails and ripped my friends nail clean off! Overpriced for the horrible work they did. We are never coming here again and I hope no one else goes here and gets the same terrible experience that we did.
