Abbey took my hair from a blackish brown to a blonde after multiple appointments. My hair feels and looks better then it ever has. First appt.for hair cut was great. Next appt in for highlights and haircut. Never again. Showed pic o hair cut. Explained highlights of what I wanted no blonde, Im dark skinned, came home with blonde hair on one side of my head, chopped hair. Im the kind of person that doesnt complain so I didnt say anything.
