Isaac at Red Bluff Main was amazing. Set me up with my phone and was quick, my transfer took a while but he was patient and conversation the entire time and was never pushy. Set me up with everything I needed, 10/10 would go to him and I recommend everyone to him forward going forward. Dont trust anyone else with your bill aside from him!

Customer service was fast and friendly. I ordered online and they had my stuff ready within the hour. I also needed a case and screen protector which were extremely expensive but needed them now not later so they were worth the extra money. The screen protector came with a lifetime warranty and also a guarantee to refund us the $150 it will cost to replace the screen should it break while the screen protector is on. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service and product.

A very frustrating experience. Upgraded to a Pixel 4XL, returned it within 14 days for a full refund. Visited a different branch and two Pixel 4 XLs showed up on my account. A ridiculous balance of $2000.00 showed up on the app. Unable to transfer my phone number to a new carrier and closed my account.

The person was very helpful and fixed my phone that was acting up on me. All I needed was to update my apps. Thank you

Told me phone was included in plan, liars never told me price of phone. 280 .00 dollars for a 100 dollar phone. They kept adding on to the service price, which ended being about twice what I paid to straight talk for the same service. I am now back with straight talk verizon sucks..

I went in to this store to switch from Straight Talk because of my job. The staff was very nice, approachable and I was helped immediately. It was difficult switching from Straight Talk but they were all very knowledgeable and got everything taken care of as quick as they could. While I was waiting we were all talking and interacting making the experience pleasant while also making the time seem to pass quickly. Shout out to Brittany and Jared for helping me the entire time with this complicated provider change, maintaining a positive attitude the entire time, and even going as far as staying past their scheduled work hours. I’m glad they were there to help me before I had to go back to work.
