It was a nice gym until the heat came...unless youre wanting to be in a sauna while working out I dont recommend a summertime membership. Weve complained multiple times to have the ac turned on and the kids at the front desk laugh it off. Highly unprofessional and with the heat in the area you should just stay home and workout outside. With the cost of membership youd think they could afford to keep the gym cool like other local establishments. I got a membership to stay active during my pregnancy in a temperature controlled environment but the heat of things has forced me to take my workout elsewhere. ✌

Its a nice friendly/family oriented gym. All of the employees and customers are extremely nice and treat you as family. They go above and beyond for making their customers feel comfortable as if they were family.The showers and bathrooms are always clean but the shower curtains are an issue to me. Lets just say when I shower there I leave feeling dirty because of the odors from the shower curtains. Hopefully they see this and can be more observant at scrubbing them down with bleach or replacing them more often. I know Im not asking for an easy task but I have cut back on showering there because of this issue.Other than that, GREAT WORK TEHAMA FITNESS, you guys have done a great job with your gym and with hiring amazing employees👌🙌

Very nice facility but last summer the pool was never opened so 6 feet distanceing & the pool was only open for classes not open swim does that make since.

Like the people in this gymn. Great tai chi class. Unfortunately no one wears mask including staff.

I feel right at home at TFFC. I know some of the staff, I feel very comfortable with the equipment. Ive had physical therapy there several times- I always go to them when I need help with recovery. I cant imagine going anywhere else to work out!!

Plenty of weights, plenty of machines, plenty of room. I barely ever have to wait to use anything. Its very clean, I always see custodial staff bustling around. The staff is very nice and helpful. Theres also a nice sauna. I get the month pass whenever Im in town. Its only, like, $40 if you have a government job. I dont know how much an actual membership is.

Lift heavy metal, make pain go away.

Very nice gym with a large variation of equipment. Indoor pool and basketball court. Down fall is if youre new to working out and not very fit youre going to be in rooms full of people trying to prove they can be better then everyone. Most likely youre self esteem will fall more. But if you can stay focused and ignore all the meet heads you might enjoy this place. It offers a lot.

When I first joined this gym approximately two years ago it wasnt bad. There wasnt a lot of people, you could get your workout done efficiently and it was a clean facility. Now, none of the rules that are posted are followed.High school kids and adults bring in portable speakers or phones and play rap so loud I can hear it over my headphones.Guys curse, and openly talk about steroid use in the weight area. Again, so loud I can hear them over my headphones.The place is so crowded during prime time its almost impossible to get a decent workout in. Every time I come in I leave agitated.The gym is run by one or two people at the front desk who never leave the front desk to make sure the gym is being ran appropriately. They are constantly on their phones instead of working. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the prices arent bad and they keep the place clean.

Great place love the staff and love being there I definitely recommend Tehema Family Fitness Center if you need a gym to go to.

I am a swimmer. I joined this gym specifically because it boasts of having a swimming pool. The swimming pool in question is actually in a separate building which houses a physical therapy office. It is not part of the fitness center. It is a three lane pool 60 ft by 20 ft. The primary purpose is physical therapy, if you are a lap swimmer forget it. You will almost never have the opportunity to swim and will be turned away or derided by the senior citizens receiving physical therapy for splashing too much in the pool.I will change this to a 5 star review when I find that the fitness center has severed ties with the swimming pool, or at least stopped advertising about it. The fitness center itself is well-equipped and the staff are friendly.

Pilates! Zumba! Yoga! Thai Chi! Kickboxing! Cross Training! Spinning! I love the group exercise classes offered. You dont have to be a member for the classes, just pay your $5 and come join the fun.

Excellent service and impeccably maintained facility. The chlorine in the pool was at perfect level. The staff were knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Very professional facility. Loved interacting with the old timers as well. The $35 Swim Only fee is a Red Bluff bargain!! LOL They let me swim for free my first day on a 1 day guest pass. Took me back to my college days when I used to do 40 lengths per day in Ryerson Polytechnical Toronto Canada pool and Im 56 years old now. To Tehama Family fitness center - thank you so much - you are awesome! (PS there was a little bit of dirt at the deep end of pool - I could vacuum that for you if you wanted - free exercise?!!)

Busy. Pool could use a remodel, especially the locker room in the pool area.

The gym allows the basketball court to be taken at anytime for other classes, even though you are a paying customer, and only go for the court...need to be considerate of ALL customers.
