They charge about 3x the price as Planet Fitness.They gym is old and dirty, with lots of homeless going in to shower all the time. It stinks really bad because they have no windows or air circulation.They dont have any advanced equipment. Only one squat rack and a bunch of machines for the most part.Its very cramped and crowded.Edit (response to owner): Planet Fitness charges $10 a month for a much larger and clean gym, with newer equipment, and who hire more local employees.Its also not a small, locally-owned gym. The owners own different gyms. No more money is being distributed locally with your gyms than big box gyms.

They have it all, but, could be cleaner, staff could be more caring, need to fix hot tub.

Husband has physical therapy there 3 times a week Have been using them every time he has to have physical therapy for over 5 years highly recommended

Watch your bill. I was charged $18 on the 25th of September and then $60 the 5th of October. I was charged an upgrade fee twice in less than a year. When I told them I had paid it already, they told me the previous charge was a sign up fee. It cost me almost $80 to sign up about 6 months prior. I remember asking why it was so much and being told it was due to a “once a year upgrade fee”. I also have a friend I had tried to encourage to join me in visiting this gym as well, but she refused due to a past of them overcharging her.That being said, I joined because the gym was conveniently located near my home and I actually really enjoyed working out there. I have since relocated and am looking forward to not being overcharged at my new gym. Sadly I cancelled my membership and wouldn’t rejoin even if I lived right next door.

Great staff clean and organized

I only use the jaccuzzi there. I like it very much nice and deep, Im hoping that they will have something to shade it for the summertime. Great staff and very affordable. Im looking forward to getting a membership.

This place is a great physical therapist office. They take care of all kinds of physical therapy. They also have a built-in pool and a hot sauna. Staff is always there to assist you as you will have a personal trainer. The guys are great and everybody is very courteous. I highly recommend Red Bluff Health and Fitness Center in Red Bluff California

I found my new happy place!!! Red Bluff Health & Fitness actually cares about their clients. So knowledgeable! They want to see you reach your fitness goals and just be healthy! I also like the fact that they are locally owned. I support local businesses in our community! PLUS, they dont entice you with pizza and donunts...and they dont judge either ! LOL. Friendly staff, clean environment, lots of equipment...I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

Nice place for people that are just starting to work out. Not to many beefed up people making everyone feel out of place. The staff are friendly. Theres unlimited hot water in the showers. They have coffee for those that want to sit and read the paper while resting or waiting on someone. They also offer family rates. Classes. Day spa. Personal trainers. Decent pool and a outdoor Jacuzzi and a physical therapy department.

Friendly staff, clean gym lots of equipment. Classes are included with membership. I go at peak hours and there are no issues with over crowding. Easy to find an area by yourself.

I am treated with respect. They are exalent Therapy workers. They work with you, meaning they listen to you and walk you through it while you heal. There is a pool. They made me feel a lot better. Theres so much more.

I love it here! Usually during the day doesnt have that many people. Equipment is super nice. Staffing are always nice. The price isnt that bad either.

I havent used the gym but i have used the tanning here as i have psoriasis. Nice staff not to expensive ...only negative is now u have to set up a tanning appointment instead of drop bys with for me is not a good thing

I was looking for a variety of group fitness classes. They do offer some, just not the variety that I was expecting them to have. Yoga & Zumba are good here.

Just got our membership and its great, facilities are clean and smell good (big points there) :) staff is knowledgeable and freindly havent had a bad visit yet!

Ive always enjoyed the small gyms less distractions usually people are there to work and thats it. Also for the people reviewing saying staff is incompetent if you need staffs help to workout youre incompetent gym isnt a place for children who do not know what they are doing.

This place is really dirty and no one even wipes down the equipment that they just used. Rude staff, except for Zeke. They never seem to talk to you or pay any attention to you. Equipment is old, worn out, or not working properly. And the worst part is during the summer months. When its over 100 degrees outside, its like a sweat box inside.

I expensive. Great water pressure in the locker rooms. Nice place.

Ive been going here for PT and the Gym for 20years everyone is amazing sweet very polite treat everyone with up most respect treat each and every patient as a person with lots of care compation they listen to ya talk to laugh with ya they make u feel so comfortable Jim Diane have been such AMAZING thereapist jim that takes care of us doing exercises to help get us back on our feet stronger and the maneger of the gym is an amazing person has always been so good helpful understanding im so happy to be a patient there thanks CeCe Chandler

The staff are were very friendly and helpfull. when i sighned up it was supposed to only be month to month . i was never told anything about, if i did not go i was still to pay. do to health problems i could not go. also i went for the use of the whirlpool hot tub,which was not hot half the time and dirty most of the time.i was always removing large innsects or dead toads. then the pump quit working altogather.

They have the best fitness and tanning the only thing is everything is so humid in there.

Really nice people and resources.
