Got there early for my 8 oclock appointment.Wrote me up, did the service and I was driving out in a clean car and 9:15.Couldnt ask for more than that.No nonsense service.I thank them for that.

We purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram in March 2021. Our salesman Bobby advised us he had a customer for the truck we drove in with. Before he completed that sale, our truck was stolen from their lot, and recovered totaled. They have denied the insurance claim and have instead told us to take them to court.Unfortunately, that appears to be the route we will have to take.

I went in looking at a Ram Rebel. The staff seemed nice until I tried to negotiate a lower price based on costco car buying service prices and other competitor dealerships in CA. They would only consider crown motors in redding which is outrageously priced. They would not match Hoblit Ram which has some of the best prices I have seen. Could have just been the sale guy I talked to, might return and try again. Or I might just go down to hoblit and buy from there. Would be nice to get these great pieces locally instead of driving into the Sacramento area.
Just bought here for the 2nd time and they were awesome! Zero pressure the entire time I was there which is unheard of with dealerships. Will definitely be back.
Great staff in the service department. Very nice and courteous. They even wash your vehicle if youre having service work. Who else does that? Great place. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to these guys from now on.
I am very happy with my purchase from Red Bluff/ Joe Johnson. Joe exhibited a great deal of patience with me, as I kind of went back and forth on this deal. But in the end I get exactly the vehicle I wanted with exactly the options I wanted and the price was good. I had to fly into Sacramento to fetch the vehicle, and that also went great. A very nice gentleman picked me up from Red Bluff Dodge at the airport and we had a nice chat during the 1 1/2 hour drive up to Red Bluff. Joe was out the day I picked up the vehicle and another gentleman had the papers ready, I signed them all and was in and out in about 1/2 hour. I had never bought a car on line before but it is pretty straight forward if you get with a reputable dealer with a good salesman. Joe communicated very well, I never had to chase him down to get questions answered. All in all a very easy transaction from an up-front, honest guy. Now THIS is a good dealership and THIS is how car buying should be done.
Person in finance department wouldnt cancel our extended warranty because it wouldnt put money back in our pocket or go towards our loan, even though we hadnt used all of the money up yet. Complete lie. Had to have a different dealership call and cancel it for us to get our money back so we could sell the car. They only care about money. We will never buy another car from them again.

I bought a 2018 Dodge Charger which I have loved from a salesman that seemed to know how to do his job and got us in and out of the place quickly. I had hoped his attitude would be an indicator of what I could expect in the Service Dept. While the Service Dept. has been friendly and unfailingly courteous, I am there over an hour for all oil changes to date. I was told at my last visit that I needed new tires and that they would not rotate them as per my contractual agreement with them. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and was told there was plenty of wear left on the tires...It is now in the shop with just 33,000 miles on it running super rough with an engine light on! I am still optimistic for something positive from Red Bluff Dodge!

We were only halfway through our 600 mile drive when the oil light came on in our borrowed Dodge camper... oh no! We pulled off I-5 at the next exit and what did we find? The Red Bluff Dodge dealership! But it was only 7:45am... would they be open? Would they have time to help us look for potential leaks or other issues? Indeed. They had a tech at our side immediately who gave the camper a thorough check. This was in spite of being very busy with customers dropping off vehicles and arriving for the Cowboy Breakfast event they were hosting. Our tech deemed that we were a quart low with no leaks... yay! We were back on the road in ten minutes (although the breakfast looked like a ton of fun). The woman working the Parts counter was equally pleasant and efficient. Our experience as out of town travelers was so good we wanted to share! Thanks Red Bluff Dodge!
Had a great experience buying a new vehicle. The salesman was great and we got a reasonable price that we just couldnt pass up. We were so happy with the experience that we brought a family member in that same day and they bought a new vehicle of their own. Probably the least amount of hassle and time for any vehicle purchase I have ever made.

Two time customer. First purchase went well enough as I had no complaints second purchase and I was a stranger the moment I had an issue. Zero follow up. Zero effort after the sale, even after the first signature. I dont imagine there is a surplus of happy purchases at dealerships (outside of however the wealthy purchase vehicles), so it makes sense to me to buy here if you can get a low enough price, but again, expect nothing else.
Service department takes great care of me everytime. Noe explains what is going on thoroughly and not condescendingly. Kelly, Sheila and Alicia keep things moving at the counter as well. Sales staff, Steve and Larry were attentive without being overbearing and answered all of my questions.
We were traveling down I-5, got a flat luckily this place was right off the freeway. The staff here is awesome! We had no spare, our tire was not fixable. We didnt want to take any more chances so we needed 2 back tires. They didnt have our size tire but Sheila went out of her way to find them locally. They got delivered. They put the tires on and they charged a super reasonable price, saved us so much trouble. We still have 5 hours to go! I highly recommend this place, if for no other reason the staff is amazing.

Even though they were unable to completely diagnose the problem they did everything in their power to try. They could have said it needed a new computer without knowing for sure. But they were completely honest and said we cant tell for sure. I really appreciate that. Not many places left that do that. You guys are awesome.

These guys sold me a $2000.00 service plan for my 2016Dodge Ram 2500 diesel that included five oil changes. They did not tell me that the oil changes did not include an oil filter! If you want a filter included in the oil change, they charge $256.00 (for a $26.00 filter)!!! This is such a scam!!! If you change oil without changing a filter, the oil is still dirty. Might as well not get an oil change. I can save $200.00 by changing my own oil and I also know the job will be done right. If they lie about this, what else do they lie about? There are plenty of other dealers around. My advise...steer clear of these guys!!!
Dealing with the service department was terrible. Each time I spoke to them it seemed I was interrupting their day. The work wasnt any better. Went in because of a gas cap and evap code. Charged me almost $300.00 and said it was an o2 sensor. Left the shop and made it 20 miles before the light came back on. Very rude when I called them. Decided to go to a local actual mechanic who discovered a large crack in the evap canister and another bad o2 sensor. It was fixed and the mechanics were great Cost almost the same even with the parts I will never go back to Red Bluff Dodge because of this experience and would never buy a vehicle from a dealership that has a service department like this

Unfortunately my experience was not good. I called last Wednesday for a service appointment, I was told to come in today at 11:00. I also was asked to call in my Vin number prior to coming in.I called three times and never spoke to a person, I left two messages with my Vin and my name and phone number. Never received a return call.Today I arrived at 10:30 and was informed they didnt have me on the schedule, they said they would try to get to me after lunch!It was after 2:30 before they took my truck to the service department.They did do my recall and diagnosed what was wrong, but did not have the parts. My husband and I decided to take our truck back to Indiana for repair. The technician was nice as was the lady at the counter but.,,, someone definitely dropped the ball!
Took forever to get into the service dept. They were full for over 2 weeks but did squeeze me for diagnostic (which was nice). Told me to drop off at 7:30am.All other service departments Ive been to they meet you in the service drive. Waited a minute not sure where to go so went inside. Walked in the door at 7:28am, lady was rude and said, Ill be opening in a few minutes and dismissed me back outside to the 40 degrees.At about 7:40 I walked back in and the customer before me giggled and said I should have said I knew you so you could stay inside.Asked for loaner since it is covered under warranty she said they never have any. Strike two. Waited for a ride. Called around 1pm & 2pm. Left two messages which were ne er returned. At 3:30 and 4 phone picked up, went to recording and then disconnected. At 4:30 I finally reached a live person, car was done. Picked up at 5:20 at which time they tried to charge me for a 4 month old car still under warranty.Service was terrible from start to finish.
My Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down about 12 miles out of Hayfork when I was coming back from a 2 week camping trip. I was originally going to have it towed to a small shop in Red Bluff, when the tow truck driver mentioned that there was a Dodge dealership in town. I had him tow it there and dropped the keys through the night drop(It was on a Saturday). I rented a Uhaul truck to get my trailer home in the Bay Area. I called Monday morning and spoke with Bob. He mentioned he would have someone on it that morning to get an estimate. I explained my situation and he expedited it. He said expect a call around mid-day and sure enough, they had diagnosed and repaired my Jeep and even did a few factory recall repairs. I drove the 3.5 hours and picked up my baby. I cant say enough about Bob and the mechanic. If this were to happen in the Bay Area, it would have taken about a week. Thanks Red Bluff Dodge!
I have had THE worst time with this company! 3 weeks for a diagnostic and it wasnt even a diagnostic. A recommendation that I spend 3200 replacing my cylinder head on a 2015 dodge dart! They were less than hospitable! Had my car for a total of 7 almost 8 weeks! My car smokes now, seat is ripped, motor exposed broken screws, missing screws and rough sensation at an idol! Terrible place to buy from or have your car worked on!

Our family bought our newest ranch truck, a Ram 3500 Laramie, and absolutely love it, but thats not why I am writing this review.Today (Saturday) as we were packing up the truck to go for a hike, my dog locked himself and his sister in the car. The spare key was with another family member, over an hour away, and the sun was quickly heating up the cab. We couldnt get a tow truck or locksmith there fast enough, so I called the dealership to find out what the cheapest window would be to break, and before I knew it Bob, the GM of the dealership was on his way to the ranch with a slimjim to unlock the truck.Not only did he save me from breaking a window on our brand new truck, he saved our dogs, and didnt even charge us. Oh, and did I mention it was Saturday? I would recommend Red Bluff Dodge to anyone. Its true what they say about small town service.Thank you Bob and Jeff!

Spent almost $40k on a new vehicle. The purchase experience was just fine. A little pressure, but I expect that. Took it in for my first oil change and asked them to activate a backup camera I installed. They quoted me $74 to plug in their computer and activate the camera. I reminded them I already spent almost $40k and asked if there was a discount. The service adviser talked to the manager. They offered $7 off. They want to charge at a rate of over $400 and hour. To plug into my ODB port. For less than 10 minutes. Their service department sucks.Forgot to mention, I drove to Red Bluff to buy my vehicle. I could have, and probably should have, stayed with my dealer in Redding.
Shopping local could not be any easier! Plus if your out of the area their delivery service is a game changer!
I brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade into the dealership today to have the back right brake looked at as it was making a horrific noise on Friday night. Im told that my car might not be looked at, they probably wont have a rental for me, which means should there be an emergency I am stuck. I am not a happy camper so far to date, no one knows anything, they cant even tell me if my car will be looked at today.
The service department at this dealership is beyond inaddquet. We have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that has 2 completely dead batteries an we are being told that in order to replace them we will have to wait until tuesday. This was after repeated calls to the seevice department to find out what was wrong with it an what they were going to do about it l have called twice wanting to talk to bob head of the red bluff dodge service department an he has refused to return my call finaly l recieved a call from a man at Corning Ford explaining there os a issue with the batteries in the chryslers an he would get us a loaner to use until tuesday. We still havent heard anything from bob at red bluff dodge. I will NEVER AGAIN buy a dodge product because of the delorable customer service of this dealership as well as the orroville dodge dealership

This dealership has nice vehicles, but their employees will lie right to your face. We purchased a vehicle from them, but before that, we test drove the vehicle. When we did, we noticed a pretty big problem with the accelerator. When we asked the employee that was with us what the issue was, he answered, Its just the way that new fords drive. Theyre all like that. You will just have to get used to it. We took him on his word that there was no big problem, considering it was less than a year old. We bought the vehicle and the problem got worse, so we took it to a Ford dealership and they said that there was a big recall of new Ford clutches, and that was our problem. Our dealer lied to us, or they just dont know what they are talking about, and that really bothers me.
I stopped in to see if I won the sweepstakes... I didnt win the top prize but I did win a smartwatch! Yeah!

I had my van serviced there because I had to under my warranty, which I bought when I lived in a different area. This is the WORST dealership Ive ever been to. Their service department is neglectful and untruthful. They kept my car for days, told me it was being worked on when it was actually never touched. One time I had a 10 oclock appointment and they hadnt moved it by 11:30, telling me, oh well. Im very upset I have to even go back there or else my warranty will be voided out.

Dealing with their on-site service dept. has been a crappy experience so far.Called them up to schedule an appointment for a detail cleaning and spoke to someone named Jesse who immediately gave off a bad attitude. Defensive, short, and unenthusiastic.Dropped off the truck for my appt. 10 minutes early, handed them the keys, was told it would take about an hr. or a little over an hr. for them to be done.I walk in an hour and 10 minutes later (after waiting around) and through the window I can still see the truck parked on the side of the building where it was when I first brought it in. The service desk person remembered me and said oh, theyre still working on your truck. I said I could still see it right there through the window where it was when I first brought it in and asked if it was already done. She told me to hold on a minute and came back 10 minutes later with another person who told me that they got busy and vehicles were just being brought in. He said theyd start working on my truck soon and have it done in about 45 mins.....Thanks.It seems common sense to give priority to vehicles that were shceduled at a certain time for an appointment days ago. Now Im worried about whether this sub-par experience will follow me through any future services needed for my truck.
