Have not heard backTryed to make an appointment they sead none in area and they would call back to set apointment its been 2 weeks and still nothing !Gess there was no Good reason for us to have there protection on appliances

Bad phone service.Spoke too fast. Told her that Im hard of hearing. Asked to speak slowly. Did not comply. Even spoke faster. Asked a simple question, if they have a belt for a Hoover vacuum cleaner. Would not give me a simple yes or no answer. Rude.Also, whats up with the little speech after I pressed #2?? Kinda Weird. Almost hung up. But then again, shouldve hung up. Wouldnt have been bothered by the rude lady. Live and learn.Took my business elsewhere. Would never ever go to this place or call this place again. Heck of a way to lose business.

Needs a better and larger non-smoking area. Non-smokers are stuck on the opposite of restaurants. Making restaurants in smoking area. Sad.

Do not call local number youll get someone in India. Just bought a washer yesterday and cant get a local person on the phone for repair.
