They were the only company that answered their phone over the weekend. They fit me right in, had the parts to repair my A/C on hand, and made sure my system was up and running! I will not use anyone else!

Really happy with the service we received. We had our HVAC replaced in mid summer and The job was done quickly and priced reasonably. The owner and his front office staff were great to work with. Absolutely no complaints from our perspective. I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends. :).

The lady that answers the phone is nice and decent but the ac tech I was speaking with was rude and hung up in the middle of a phone call when I was asking questions as to why I needed to pay $99 each for 2 or more diagnostics to find each individual problem within my ac unit instead of telling me all the existing problems at the start and only putting temporary fixes in I didn’t mind the price to permanently fix all the parts of the ac but I do mind when I have to pay $99 extra dollars each time because the ac tech doesn’t want to do a FULL diagnostic I did receive a refund for the diagnostic but I will not be returning and per the advice of the tech before he rudely hung up I will be looking for another ac repair service to go to.

Amazing work. Friendly. Professional. They went out of their way to ensure my residential system was replaced promptly during the summer, with a brand new system that performs well. Superior communication through the entire process.

Air Flow Mechanical was the only company that answered their phone when we needed after-hours service. They were able to show up the same day and even had the parts to fix the A/C on our rental property. We will only use Air Flow Mechanical from now on!
