I called Catherine pretty upset about ants everywhere. She calmed me down and had someone out quickly. The next timeI called I was a lotMore upset when I found evidence of mice in my walls. Her job of calming me down was a little more difficult and she sent a mouse expert out who crawled around under my house and came back several time just to make sure they were gone. I highly recommend !

They were able to come out to my house the day after I called. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I did not end up using them because they were honest enough to show me that all the termite damage in the house was old and abandoned most likely due to some type of treatment. They never pushed for any type of treatment and even gave me some tips for preventing on my own. The quote they gave me was much lower than the other companies that came out to check. I would have gone with total home if we ended up needing services.
