The best thing about this company is that 4 team members arrive on time and immediately start cleaning. They are extremely efficient and are in and out quickly. My house is clean, smells wonderful and my back thanks them. I leave them alone and never worry about an issue. I’m thankful for The Maids.

I compared the prices of all of the local cleaning services, and this company seemed the most fair. While still pricey, they charge based on time spent not the amount of space. My house is fairly clean, I just wanted a service once a month to do the deeper clean which is more labor intensive like scrubbing grout and vacuuming the couch in between the maintenance cleaning I normally do, and it only took their team an hour so they only charged me for the time they spent cleaning, not a ridiculous $400+ flat rate based on the square footage of my house. Very professional, did a thorough job and left my home sparkling and smelling fresh and clean.

Ive been having the Maids in to clean my home for over a year... had a little interruption with COVID...I just didnt feel comfortable. But theyve been back a few times now and they are better than ever! They always exceed expectations...I have the Red team on a consistent basis and they have been fantastic.

The Maids are amazing, they bring enough staff that they are done in an hour. They work the entire time and are not on the phone, they actually clean everything. I have had zero issues ever.

We used this service while we were trying to sell our house to keep it clean for open houses and potential buyers. The Maids did an amazing job each time and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Couldnt have been happier with them. We used them for our move out clean also, which was wonderful as well.

The Team arrived promptly and got to work the minute they walked in.They methodically cleaned all the rooms in my house top to bottom even the smallest ledge. The Maids always do a thorough job cleaning my house! I like that it is more of a corporate company. They are always on time, text when they are on their way, and follow-up to see how the clean was for that day. They are consistent with timing and very professional. The day The Maids come is ALWAYS my favorite day!!

Unfortunately the service I recieved was sub-par at best. I was informed the team of 4 would work different rooms for an amount of time I was willing to pay on the 1st visit. I would have a different rate if I chose to have The Maids return on a regular basis. I was informed that they would be using vinegar and water to hand scrub the floors and a host of other cleaning services that were included. The team of 3 arrived (the 4th wasnt available) and proceeded upstairs to start. After a good 40 min, I checked up on their progress and all were in the bathroom- no other room had yet been worked on. After 3 hours they left- heres what they didnt do to name a few:clean the floor in the bathroom they spent 4o minutes in- did not dust the exposed iron radiators in any of the rooms nor the floor beneath, the ceiling fans, nor under the beds or dressers-- it was NOT worth the $. I did have them come back to clean the bathroom floor and there was no hand scrubbing- just the typical mop and detergent. Heres the thing- they never even called to see if I was interested in continuing with their service! I found a different service that actually cleans! and far more reasonable. (Maybe the team I had was not good- I dont think I would chance another 379. to try a different one..)

Ugh.. Utter disaster. DO NOT use this service. I hired them to do a cleaning of a very easy two bedroom accessible apartment. Didnt even vacuum the carpets, sweep or mop the kitchen floors, or clean the countertops! And it cost over 150 dollars! When I called to complain, they gave me back $25.00. Trust me, save your money or go elsewhere.

Ive always had a good experience with The Maids (Red Bank office) in the past, but I recently had a bad experience, and I will NEVER use them again.Long and short of it is, I hired them to do a construction clean. I was remodeling certain parts of the house and needed to get rid of the white dust that comes with construction. When I called, I explained this to Gerry (or Stacy) and they said fine, no problem. The Orange team came (I usually get the Teal Team, but they werent available the day I needed them) and they did a HORRIBLE job. A child could have done better. They missed so many places in each room (dust in the closets, window ledges and sills, along chair rails, dust on the basement floor), I honestly dont know what 4 people spent almost 3 hours doing. I even left a specific hit list of places that needed the most attention. I came home that night and immediately left a message to inform them of the horrible service.Gerry called the next day to find out what happened. I explained that I needed them to re-do the whole house. She wanted to know specifically which areas needed to be re-done, but there were so many, she said they would come back for a re-clean. Their availability and my schedule did not allow for a next day re-clean, so we settled on a date the following week (they dont do weekends). Admittedly, I had to reschedule again because of work, so the re-clean was scheduled, yet again, the following week. This time with the Teal team.About 45 minutes or so into the re-clean, the team supervisors phone kept ringing. It was Stacy, calling to pull them off my job. She didnt care where they were, just stop what youre doing, pack up and leave the house. I honestly believe their promise of re-cleaning if you are not satisfied, is simply a marketing scheme to placate the customer. Since the team was pulled off my job, (by the way I wasnt home and Stacy told the supervisor she would call and let me know she took them off my job - WHICH SHE DID NOT), they missed the very area I needed cleaned the most - my newly remodeled bathroom.When I called Stacy to find out what happened, I was met with We do re-cleans the next day, and its been two weeks already, so were doing you a favor. How is it a favor when I paid over $500 for bad service?? BTW, I work for a living, so staying home two days in a row to have my house cleaned (when it should have been done right in the first place) is not reasonable.Like I said, Ive had a good experiences before this one, but this time, they truly dropped the ball. Between the poor service from the crew and the bad attitude/ ill intent from Stacy, Im DONE. They really need to re-train the Orange Team or hire a completely new crew. Even the supervisor of the Teal team said she didnt understand why they sent me the Orange team in the first place (I guarantee they get many complaints about the Orange team).
