Worse place to visit. Staff not around to help you get started especially if youre new there like I was. Also when worker decided to show up they were sitting at the door to their office and didnt even have their mask on despite owners signs throughout the building saying wether vaccinated or not you must still wear a mask. Other customers came in and didnt wear a mask either, so strict rule not enforced. Also no place to sit, REALLY!!!!!! BEWARE of front machine that sells laundry card, it steals money from your credit card it charged me 3 times at $5 a pop and it never gave me a card until the 4 the try and then it charged me $20. Its a ghetto place, dont even bother going there its dirty and not clean and prices are expensive with no where to sit!!!!!!!

I dont mind doing my laundry in the middle of the night because I dont have to worry about it being crowded. So I prefer that this laundromat is open 24 hours & I actually really appreciate that they offer discounts between 12 am & 6 am!Its usually fairly clean & I have never had a problem with any machines.

Open at 7 am and the last wash is at 8 pm and please if you plan to come here be nice to the people that work here please do not be rude to them their people too if you have a question ask them even if there on their phone it doesn’t mean that they do not want to work it means that there is nothing to do they do everything when no one is here

The owner or employee or something from the laundromat came out and yelled at us while I stopped in their parking lot to do a 45-second roadside repair to my car. Granted I was not using their services for the laundromat but sheesh. It was very rude, she threatened to call the police. I told her she should as I was driving away.

Its a great laundry mat. Its nice & clean.

Big enough to move around, clean and well-kept, nothing fancy or super brand new, but it serves the purpose of going in, washing and drying and folding if ya choose to do all that, and keep it moving.....

It shameful they hired a employee that bring the kid to work and she on the phone . I come after 5 pm here but i guess im going to be coming before 5pm to see if the employee in the morning is more helpful . I came in and she did not say hi or nothing she was focusing on her phone

Good because on wednesday is half price BUT a lot machines are out of service, most of the time the floor is dirty with the dry sheets nasty people live on the floor. The bathrooms are either close or dirty. Really need a better maintenance.

They have a great system where you use a card to pay. Its convenient but you also can end up putting money on the card and not using it, especially if you are only doing laundry here once. They have bathrooms but theyre locked.

During my travels I decided to do my laundry here. The place was clean, spacious and the attendant was very helpful. Business brings me to Reading, PA quite often and I will definitely be going back.

The machines need serving, there are way too many out of orders, the bathroom facility is disgusting gross!!! Never have hot water to make water warm enough properly to wash hands never no bthrm soap or towels gross.
