This place is a disaster. Most of the machines are out of order and please be aware, do not use any of their atm machines, or bill change machines because you could have my luck and get robbed for your money and good luck trying to get your money back. The owner is never there and he CLEARLY doesn’t care. At least have the decency to pay the money that is owed to the customers that bring you business!!!! Most of the machines are out of order and its always hard to find working machines and make sure to watch your belongings because even though theres an attendant working there they wont help you if someone steals your clothing. I had a whole load of clothing stole from me and they wouldnt confront the person who stole it even after I told them I seen the thief with my belongings. Ive been to this laundromat 3 times and have never had such frustrating experiences in my life.

Gave them two stars because it’s located in a convenient location & they have the big washers & dryers. Other than that I’m never coming here again after what the dryer did to my clothes. There was something red in the dryer that stained most of my clothes. I told the person working & there was suppose to be a sign up stating it is “out of order” however “people” take the signs down. Half of the machines just don’t work & have a sign on it. Good luck

This is definitely a nice laundromat. Its big. Plenty of washers and dryers on either end of the building. They give free soap on certain days I believe. Its very clean. Theres an attendant on duty at all times. And its 24 hours. Overall definitely a four-star.

There were too many machines that were out of order. There are four giant dryers, only one was working,and It was being used by the onsite attendant. It wasnt crowded the day I went but on a busy day, this will be an issue.

Been coming here since its opening. Lately, last few times Ive been here, there have been an uptick in broken machines..Depending on who is working, some of them take time to walk around and clean the machines from lint or trash. Rarely any overflowing trashcans, they also provide free detergent for those who may be struggling in that area...and I like the fact that if there are any issues with the use of the machines, they will help you by either a refund or adding funds to give u more time to dry ur clothes...

They need to fix all the washers and dryer the way they used to be when you first opened up and you need to clean up more better

This place sucks, the machines are always out of order and the coin slots dont accept the coins you literally need to ask for assistance for everything, you also have to help the washing machines out by adding gallons of water so they wash correctly. Its August 9th. 2020...10:05 AM.....Ive been here 2 hours.....theres no attendant on duty...theres several patrons needing change to do laundry and all the change machines are out of order....Half the washers and dryers are broken and out of order....Ive counted 15 people walk in and out already to go to another laundromat....of which Im about to do the same....I wonder how quick I could get some customer service if I snatch the cash register and runn out the back door?Why is this place even open???I spend at least $30 every week here to do laundry...I wont come back to this dump anymore.

I am very angry. Today I told a Spanish woman that there was a problem with the washing machine. I paid the money. But the machine stopped. I went to the counter to ask. Then she didnt care about going straight to keep playing her phone. Another woman has been shirking responsibility. Although I will come every weekend. But today I am very angry. . Dropp your clothes off and they will be wash dried and folded within 24 hours for a reasonable price.

Best place to do wash. During the week is ideal not busy then. Staff is friendly. Free Soap. Dryers get nice and hot. Nice feature that you can actually get a card and store money on it for future washes and drys. 1 more thing is that you can use debit or credit to run your washer or dryer very convenient.

Its a good place it gets hot sometimes wish they had air conditioning and food vending machines dont works and also some entertainment something else then watching TV all the time some arcade games or something fun for adults and kids that come their

The owners need to stop just coming thru to pick up money earned and start fixing these machines. Vending machines..washer dryer etc. Dryer I used today went out of order on me for the first time. There is no soap in the dispenser. Hardly never no toilet paper in the bathroom to use. And u have to now ask the person up front to use the soap. Really? I guess cuz ppl cannot help themselves and wanna steal everything in sight now. Its ridiculous.Update; how is it they have all these new gambling machines but cannot afford new carts??! And still do not have the women’s soap dispenser fixed. You have money to invest in distractions but not obvious things. SMH.

A lot of dryers and washers are not in service.attent working there was not wearing a mask.when entering the laundry mat it says you can not enter with out a mask and also people inside did not have a mask on. they are not following the rules.they are not looking out for your safety.

Pretty big laundromat with almost all washers​ and dryers always working. Even in the busiest days and times I can always find open washers and dryers. Someone is always working in the bldg as well if assistance is needed. The only reason Im giving a 4 and not a 5 is I wish they would stay on top of cleaning a little bit better.

Greatly appreciate that there are a lot of machines there and they have the xl washers available. My only complaint is that there are tons of machines out of order all the time.

Had a large duvet cover that needed to be washed and it didnt fit in our machine at home. Took it over for drop off service. They did a great job - quick and easy and a great price.

When they opened it was fantastic. It seems like the owners really let this place go. Many of there machines are down. The ones that do work have a broken coin slots or broken card readers. The free soap is a nice touch. Come here if you have a small load.

Although the free soap sounds appealing...this place has very little to offer. The attendant did nothing but sit behind the desk on the phone. I tried to use my credit card and A LOT of the machines were down. The place was pretty empty and it was STILL hot. I will not be going back.

Update: The employees dont wear any masks! Signs are clearly on the doors that you must wear them by law. No customers were wearing masks also. A male worker appeared to have his girlfriend there hanging out who also had no mask. The owner clearly has no respect for his business nor his customers.Theres always lots of broken machines. This used to Bevan awesome place to go wash, now a lot and I mean a lot of machines dont work, dont accept credit nor debit cards so take a 20 dollar bill cause you need quarters to wash again. Clean, family friendly. I didnt like people coming in blaring music off their phones and thought the staff should say something, also alot of machines are broken... they definitely need to handle that - but over all good experience.

I used this laundromat weekly for years. I never had a problem that was not easily resolved. Plenty of parking, washers and dryers work well.

This used to be a nice, well kept laundrymat, but over the years it has gone downhill. Most of the machines are out of order, a lot of the soap dispensers on the machines are dirty or clogged. One night, I went to do laundry and saw mice running around, I told the attendand and she didn’t seem to care, that was the last time I went there to do my laundry. There’s also trash everywhere.

It is a nice but the issue is they dont fix anything so once its broken down they leave it which is sad because it has only been open a few years and I know they make enough to keep the place in better repair. Love this place soooo much!!! Free soap, clean facility, friendly staff... They have several different capacity washer and dryer options... Even accepts credit cards at the machines... carts and folding tables... And they offer a in-house service for those unable to do their own laundry charging by the lb. Tvs are strategically placed throughout the location... Try it, you wont regret it...

A good place to wash clothes that give you free soap to wash your clothes in the dryer machine is awesome a little high price on a washing machine and they could do a better job on the heating on the dryer

This was not a clean facilty. The places I put my soap were backed up with soap residue and lint. I thought I saw mold in a couple spot where you place the soap. I forgot to bring clorox and dryer sheets but there was no place in the laundromat to buy any... I felt the filthy atmosphere. I wont be returning.

I am not sure exactly when they opened, but I am sure its been about 5 yrs that I have been going there. I do think I started shortly after they opened. It used to be a great place to do wash; being open 24 hrs is a big plus for me. They do give out free detergent, they do have great tv, and yes, they do have Wi-Fi, though it does not connect once in a while. Hey, things happen, ya know? Personally, I think they should cut the tv, stop the free detergent, and though I stream music every trip, I could do without the Wi-Fi if they would put that money towards fixing machines and more attentive help.In the early years, regardless of how crowded the place became, the attendants were always cleaning, and they kept an eye on the clientele. Rowdy kids were not allowed to run wild like it was a playground, and people were not allowed to leave trash laying all over. I will not say it is exceptionally dirty, but it has definitely gone down hill over time. They still hire a good attendant from time to time that actually cleans the machines and floor, yet the good ones never seem to stay for long, especially the later shifts. I have seen a few mice, but have not seen bed bugs or roaches, though I do not doubt they are there. I also know it is next to impossible to keep any place in this city totally pest free especially when the facility is visited by so many people that care absolutely nothing for any one but themselves.The more well known this place became, the more of a less caring crowd it began to draw. The attendants became less and less interactive, the kids were allowed to run wild, and the clientele are not being monitored to keep the place from being torn and trashed up. You cannot consistently stuff 75 lbs of clothing into a 25 lb washer without adverse results!! Face it people, it is the clientele that is trashing and tearing up the place.I am looking into a new place to do wash due to how expensive this place is and because of the fact it is not watched or monitored properly. Even if I used all the free stuff, it is no longer worth dealing with. I predict it being a total dump inside of another year or so, if the owner does not get on the stick. Lose the free stuff, hire efficient attendants, and pay attention to your business. At the very least, hire a Manager that can end the nonsense that will surely destroy what could be a very profitable venture.

For being a big laundromat half of the dryers and washers were working. I did like that they give out free soap, thats very nice. It was kind of dirty as people were just leaving their trash all over the floor. And the guy attending the whole place really wasnt paying attention.

I like them because they have different size washers. Many times we go there and the washers are broke or you cant use your debit card. Thats why I only gave them three stars. It is kept very clean.

Cool place you can use your debit card on the machines so no need to drag a bunch of quarters. Also free laundry soap, tv and wifi. Only issue is alot of the machines dont work so it can be a bit irritating

Free soap. A bit pricey but the central cool air is nice and the facility is clean. Good options to kill time watching TV or using the wifi.

This laundry has super jumbo washing machines, small, medium and large washing machines as well. They offer free soap! Lastly, they have $1.75 wash Wednesday! Offer free Wi-Fi. Finally they offer wash & fold $1.00 lb.

Big washers are a plus

Plenty of washers and dryers for all the people who come ro clean. The tvs provide a nice break while doing all that folding. Wish the machines were maintained better. The credit card swipe function on many of the washers and dryers do not work and the number of nonfuntioning machines increases everytime I visit.

Had MAJOR problems with the attendant! (using that title loosely.) I asked for help w the larger washer machine, and before i loaded my clothes, I asked her if they worked well. She assured me that yes, they work fine. So, i put in my 8$ (after the quarter machine ate my money from my 5$ bill), I added my detergent and my fabric softener. It cycles thru n ends. But my fabric softner doesnt go thru. Its still stuck in the top of the washer! The attendant tells me that all of those large machines clog. I asked her if i could switch to another machine, and she said that none of them work. She told me to smell my clothes, to see if they smelled clean. And NO They did not!!!!!!! She then continued to tell me that none of the lg machines worked right.I got a step ladder to look into the other large washers, where u add thw detergent/fabric sofetener etc. N 1 machine still had BLEACH in it! and 2 others still had detergent and softener in them. The attendant said that the one w bleach still in it wouldnt hurt my load of clothes. Then she went back to talking to someone else. Then back to her phone!!!I have used this place for years! Ive ALWAYS had a positive experience, and have recommended this laundramat to TONS of people! I am not the type to openly complain...but I am soooo very VERYYYYYY dissapointed in the staff that is there now. It has NEVER been this way. The employees have always been great.
