Terrible. Facility closed early even though we had an appointment and drove an hour to get there. Go somewhere else.

If you need fingerprints on an FBI card, DO NOT go here! My first set of prints were rejected because the prints were not lined up correctly. When I went the second time, the same thing happened. I was told they could do nothing about it, its just how their machines work. They made no attempt at making it right, except to hand me a slip of paper with a phone number written on it, saying, Call this number. They dont usually give refunds.

I had my fingerprints done here for a routine FBI background check. The fingerprint card was rejected because it wasnt done properly. Not only did I waste $20 doing the fingerprints with them, I have to pay to have my fingerprints done elsewhere and I have to pay to resubmit my background check.

Easy to get to when you have to use Barta as your mod of transportation. Also very friendly.
