I think the best reason for the 5 star is the quality of work done here. Options are laid out for you when possible and the prices are very reasonable. I go here above other places knowing everything will be done properly for my vehicle.
Someone recommended this place on the Nextdoor app. I had a slow leak in a tire on my Mercedes . I walked in and Brian said hed take a look while I waited. Sure enough, I had run over a screw . He put a plug in it for now. Very curtious, trustworthy and quick. I will be back. Thank you !

First encounter we took both our truck & car mentioned below for simple easy quick repairs with a good experience. But we took our car in for an issue we thought might be the timing belt & it was not a good experience. We called & he told us to drop our car off Mon 7/1/19. Not one word he didnt have time to look at it. Most places will tell you if they cant get to a car right away but he didnt say a word other then he was off for the 4th. On Friday 7/5/19 we didnt get a call so we called late in the afternoon& were told it needed the belt & pump replaced but that he was going on vacation the following week 7/8 to 7/12. He said we could order our own parts if we wanted to so we went to drop the parts off Monday the 15th but sign on door said closed additional time until wed the 17th. Sign said parts could be dropped off at business below which we did. Maybe family emergency- anyone would understand that.Wed comes, Thurs, Fri- no call. We think the car is done. We call Fri 19th only to be told he hadnt work on the car yet but would work on it the next week. Finally on 7/31 we found out it was done after calling him but he was having trouble bleeding the antifreeze. Had to call back Fri 8/2 to be told the fans arent working unless the AC was on but I could pick the car up. The fans were working before that because I was driving the car 160 miles to work each day without air on for three weeks, 4 days per week prior to the timing belt issue so no air but yet car was fine. We asked that he please fix the fan issue. Next week comes & now its Thur 8/7 & no call so I leave a message. No call back. Called again around 450pm & was told he hadnt worked on it yet. I reiterated for that we had been functioning on the second car that I have to commute 160 miles round trip with so it isnt like anyone can drop me off. We explained that before to him that the car he was working on was bought specifically for my long commute. We finally drew the line in the sand and called the Dodge dealer & made an appointment. We let him know we were coming on Friday 8/9 to pick it up after I came off of working a 12 hour shift 80 miles away. So he knew I was working all night & but we go in to get it and it is still inside the shop and not outside ready for pick up. Not a a word of apology, not a thank you. Nothing. I think after all of this, a simple sorry would have gone along way. Had he just been honest with us & said he didnt have time to work on our car we could have taken it some place. We saw cars coming in & out of his garage while our car sat untouched because we drove by a few times. If your car is a quick fix or a job that only takes an hour with small simple issues resulting in a quick dollar earned for the shop then this is a place to go but any issue that is involved or takes time, then take it some place else. In the end when we picked up the car, I honestly thought he would at least have the integrity to say he was sorry but he just took my money. I have never experienced anything like this in all my years owning cars& getting them fixed. Its ok to not know how to fix something or be so busy you cant work on a persons car but just tell the person that. Six weeks & the car still isnt 100% fixed. 710.00 labor+ 200.00 in parts we ordered & the car is going to the dealership to finish the job. I only hope this shop owner in his journey in life never has to experience what he did to us because no one deserves the same experience even him.
